    The project is a customizable game platform where end users define game scenarios through a web interface.

    User input is stored as JSON configurations, which are then used to:

    • generate C code using Jinja templates
    • compile the generated code
    • run the resulting program directly on a physical device (provided)

    The device reacts to programmed scenarios with different effects such as:

    • LED control
    • position handling on a map
    • sounds and other interactive behaviors

    A partial generation and compilation mechanism already exists. Your task will be to finalize and extend it, covering all client requirements and ensuring stable execution on the device.

    What You’ll Be Driving:

    • Working with large datasets (100+ TB) with updates at least hourly;

    You will work closely with Account, Sales, and Growth teams, combining market research, performance analysis, and relationship-building to bring the right talents into the agency.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Talent Research & Market Analysis

    • Conduct manual research across social media platforms to identify promising talents based on performance and growth potential.
    • Analyze talent profiles using key metrics (Revenue, CTR, Conversion Rate, GPM, engagement, growth trends, subscriber growth, location, monthly views).
