Weβre looking for a SEO/GEO Marketing Manager - a strategic, modern, and creative leader who will own our organic growth across classic search and AI-powered discovery channels. This role is for someone who lives beyond βrankings and backlinksβ and thinks in topics, demand, AI search visibility, and scalable content systems.
Area of responsibility:
Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute a long-term organic growth strategy aligned with business goals;
- Develop SEO & GEO approaches, identify new growth opportunities in AI-driven search and content distribution;
- Turn SEO into a predictable leads acquisition channel, not a set of tactics.
SEO & GEO Execution
- Own on-page, technical, and content SEO at a strategic level;
- Design scalable content process;
- Optimize visibility for AI-generated answers and LLM-based search tools;
- Continuously test hypotheses, formats, and channels.
Team & Resources
- Decide who to hire and when: in-house specialists, freelancers, agencies;
- Manage external vendors and contractors based on project needs to build efficient processes rather than growing headcount βby defaultβ.
Analytics & Decision-making
- Define meaningful SEO & GEO KPIs (beyond just traffic and rankings);
- Analyze performance, competitors, and market trends;
