    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and launch the technical planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring successful AI incorporation.
    • Define and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on AI/MLOps workflows.
    • Spearhead the integration of AI components and models into the SDLC, product architecture, and deployment pipelines to enhance functionality and development efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
    • Robust experience in Research & Development (R&D), translating cutting-edge technology into production systems.
    • Strong proficiency in using AI tooling for rapid development and SDLC enhancements
    • Experience incorporating AI models/services (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision) into production software, hands-on with Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot.
    • Strong proficiency with component-based frameworks and SSR (Next.js/React, Vue.js, Angular)
    • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
    • Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting services

    Compensation

    • Base salary: $400/month
    • Commission: 20% per successful placement
    • +5% bonus on the 4th placement in a month

    Expected Total Compensation (OTE)

     

    Depending on performance:

    • $1,500 – $2,000/month with 2–3 placements
    • $2,000 – $3,000+/month with 3–4+ placements

    Your income directly depends on your results.
