Who are we looking for?

💼 A responsible Sales Manager to work on the Turkish line of our contact center.
🕹️ Your main task is to promote and sell our gaming brands to customers, working remotely and using your sales skills to achieve outstanding results.

What we expect:

✔️ At least 2 year of experience in sales, call center or customer support.
🌍 Fluent Turkish for communication with clients (Russian or English will be a plus).
🗣️ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, ability to handle objections effectively.
⚡ Stress resistance, friendliness  and a positive attitude.
💻 Access to your own PC or laptop.

Your responsibilities:

📞 Active sales of gaming products to clients in Turkish via outbound calls.
🔍 Handling objections and finding solutions to close deals successfully.
💡 Maintaining a high level of service and building long-term client relationships.
📋 Sharing relevant information with other departments when necessary.
🚀 Proposing ideas to improve sales processes and increase conversion rates.
