Що ми чекаємо від тебе?

Досвід

• 3+ роки у Motion Design (2D/VFX, рекламні креативи).
• 1+ рік у сфері iGaming (або дуже сильний performance/ads бекграунд у суміжній ніші).
• Досвід лідерства: від менторингу/рев’ю до управління командою.
   

Технічні навички

• Відмінне володіння Adobe Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition).
• 2D-анімація, робота з ілюстраціями/логотипами, VFX.
• Впевнена робота з 3D tracking (Mocha / Mocha Pro), Element 3D.
• Плагіни: Animation Composer, Motion Bro, Saber, Deep Glow (або аналоги).
• Розуміння пайплайну: структура проєктів, оптимізація, контроль якості, швидкість без втрати рівня.
   

Лідерські та комунікаційні навички

• Вміння ставити задачі, давати зрозумілий фідбек, робити рев’ю та піднімати якість команди.
• Вміння організувати роботу під дедлайни, пріоритезувати та знімати блокери.
• Здатність захищати креативні рішення перед командою/стейкхолдерами.
   

Додатково

• Англійська: B1+ (для комунікації та роботи з референсами/тасками).
• Розуміння реклами: як працюють Facebook/Meta та Google Ads, що таке performance-креативи, хуки, retention, A/B.
   

Що ти будеш робити?

• Лідити motion-напрям у креативній команді: якість, стиль, швидкість, стандарти.
• Розподіляти задачі, планувати завантаження, менторити дизайнерів і допомагати їм рости.
• Робити креативні рев’ю, підсилювати ідеї, формувати бібліотеку best practices.
• Самостійно створювати ключові креативи: 2D/VFX, анімацію, логотипи, ілюстрації.
• Взаємодіяти з іншими ролями (Creative Lead/Marketing/UA) для досягнення кращих результатів.
• Впроваджувати покращення в пайплайн: темплейти, ассети, автоматизації, AI-процеси.
