The role combines backend development on AWS Serverless with a React-based frontend, and is ideal for engineers who enjoy ownership, clean architecture, and working closely with a compact product team.

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Node.js with TypeScript in a serverless architecture

• Design and integrate AWS-based solutions (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, KMS)

• Build and maintain frontend features using React

• Collaborate closely with other engineers to deliver end-to-end functionality

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability

Tiger Finder is a new influencer discovery product developed by YouScan. 

We’re looking for our first Customer Support Manager to own support for a new B2B SaaS product from day one and help shape how customers interact with it. 

With the product’s growth, this role may evolve toward a Product Manager–type position or a CS team lead role.

What you’ll do

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, focusing on real outcomes, not canned replies.

• Investigate issues, reproduce them when needed, and pass clear, validated reports to the Product team.

• Collect and structure feature requests and recurring feedback.

• Follow up with customers once issues are resolved or feedback is received.

• Become a product expert as Tiger Finder evolves and take part in feature testing and early releases.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support in a B2B SaaS product – working with real users, not just tickets.

• Experience in building a support department from scratch.

• Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+) for written and spoken communication.

• Ability to quickly understand new problems and find answers independently.

• Clear thinking and structured communication – you can explain issues without noise.

• High empathy and a calm, professional tone with customers.

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

• Experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Amplitude is a plus.

• Experience working with international, English-speaking customers.

• Бажання розвиватися в DevOps-напрямку: CI/CD, контейнеризація, автоматизація;
• Рівень англійської — Intermediate або вище (письмова комунікація з клієнтами).

• Work with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments: start and stop instances, configure networks, and troubleshoot issues;

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a full-time healthcare project focused on wireless health monitoring for pregnant persons and newborns. The solution includes wearable devices, AI-powered analytics, and cloud-based software to improve access to health data.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (including K3s/mini Kubernetes) and Docker
• Experience with both on-prem servers and cloud environments (AWS)
• Familiarity with HELM for installation, deployment scripts, software updates, and uninstallation
• Understanding of the full software lifecycle, especially product deployment processes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub)
• Ability to work closely with both application and infrastructure teams
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Support a hybrid cloud/on-premises platform
• Work with both on-prem servers and cloud environments (starting with AWS, but aiming for platform/cloud-agnostic solutions)
