    Role Summary: The Channel Account Manager is responsible for onboarding new partners and setting them up for long-term success.     Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or Partner Success within the technology sector
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within an existing portfolio of accounts
    • Experience in resolving complex partner-related issues
    • Strong proficiency in maintaining CRM data and producing accurate revenue forecasts
    • Willingness to travel when required (business trips 1 per quarter)
    • Willingness to work in the Warsaw office 
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
       

     

    Highly Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in channel sales or partner management

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the onboarding process for new partners to ensure they are fully equipped to effectively sell Skylum products.
    • Drive the transition from a first-time buyer to a consistent, active partner through dedicated support and engagement.
    • Proactively design and implement tailored marketing campaigns and sales incentives for your partners.
    • Act as a business advisor by analyzing partner sales channels and suggesting improvements to increase the visibility and sales volume of Skylum products.
    • Develop and execute expansion strategies to increase the revenue of the assigned partner portfolio.
    • Provide training and enablement to partners regarding Skylum’s products and technologies.
    • Act as the internal advocate for partners to resolve friction points in pricing, assets, or technical support.
    • Take full ownership of revenue goals for the assigned partners.
    • Deliver regular reports on partner health, repeat purchase rates, and revenue forecasts.

    Project Overview

    You will be working on one of the first licensed digital asset banks powered by Blockchain.
    The product enables a simplified and secure process for capital raising, allowing companies and investors to:

    • Create and manage digital assets
    • Launch and manage offerings
    • Buy, trade, and earn crypto assets

    Our team is responsible for delivering one of the core services of the platform.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with the team to build and evolve a mobile application
    • Develop a new mobile app using React Native and Expo, ensuring scalability and maintainable architecture
    • Improve and extend application functionality, including payment processing optimization
    • Implement pixel-perfect UI based on provided designs
    • Participate in planning, discovery, and implementation of new features
    • Own features end-to-end: development, testing, and documentation
    • Ensure high-quality, stable, and well-tested deliverables

       

    Requirements

    • 8-10 years of hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript
    • Strong knowledge of modern React patterns and state management (e.g. Zustand, Jotai Toolkit)
    • Experience with React Query or similar server-state libraries
    • Experience with React Navigation or Expo Router
    • Understanding of secure storage solutions and basic mobile security concepts
    • Familiarity with Expo modules and config plugins (optional but appreciated)
    • Ability to work with native modules and basic Xcode / Android Studio configuration
    • Good understanding of unit and integration testing for React Native apps
    • Strong sense of ownership and high quality standards

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in banking or financial applications
    • Experience with enterprise-level CI/CD for mobile
    • Proactive communication and creativity in designing technical solutions

    • Identify growth opportunities across web and web-to-app onboarding funnels
    • Explore, validate, and track market, product, and UX trends
    • Turn research findings into actionable insights and recommendations
    • Monitor competitors’ launches, portfolios, messaging, partnerships, and positioning changes
    • Prepare clear, well-structured presentations and insights for stakeholders
       

    About You:

    • 2+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, or related roles
      Hands-on experience with web B2C products in product, growth, or analytics contexts
    • Strong product-oriented mindset and ability to connect research insights to business and product impact
    • Proven experience in conducting independent qualitative and desk research
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; confident working with both quantitative and qualitative data
    • Solid understanding of product and growth drivers (UX, onboarding, acquisition, conversion)
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on key insights.
    • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
