    We are looking for an Infrastructure Developer to take ownership of the core system infrastructure that ensures reliable, low-latency, real-time operation. You will work with Linux, embedded platforms, and video systems, collaborating with backend, frontend, and hardware teams to maintain system stability, performance, and scalability throughout the full software lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, real-world systems at the intersection of robotics, autonomy, and high-performance software engineering.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop, maintain, and optimize infrastructure and low-level components for embedded systems.
    • Develop and maintain video pipelines for real-time and low-latency systems.
    • Build, customize, and maintain Linux kernels and BSPs.
    • Develop and maintain Docker-based build and deployment environments for embedded systems.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    What you’ll work on (Phase 1)

    This role is focused on a short, clearly defined execution phase.

    At a practical level, you’ll:

    • implement landing page and dashboard UI changes
      (no redesign, no copywriting - specs provided),
    • add PostHog analytics on the frontend,
    • implement backend events for:
      • interview lifecycle,
      • AI output generation,
      • activation and failure states.

    The goal is to ship a clean activation flow and reliable analytics, without over-engineering.

    • points out simpler or more efficient ways to implement things,
    • suggests better technical approaches (especially for analytics),
