GlobalLogic is seeking a Fullstack Lead Engineer to step into a Tech Lead role for our engineering bench, supporting a sophisticated, regulated medical technology platform. This position is ideal for a seasoned backend-heavy leader with deep expertise in Python and Django, a solid understanding of AWS, and the ability to oversee a cross-functional engineering team. As a Lead Engineer, you will set the quality bar for the team, drive code reviews, and ensure the operational excellence of the platform. While your hands-on focus will be primarily on scaling and maintaining our Python/Django services and AWS infrastructure, you will also oversee the frontend scope. You don’t need to be a Vue.js expert – your role is to understand modern frontend architectures well enough to effectively delegate, manage, and unblock the frontend workload. Requirements

• End-to-End Project Ownership: 2+ years of continuous experience on a single relevant project, guiding it through the entire lifecycle – from initial concept and deployment to production support and maintenance.
• Tech Lead Experience: Proven track record in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role, with experience mentoring developers and establishing engineering best practices.
• Python & Django Expertise: Extensive professional software development experience with deep, hands-on mastery of Python and the Django framework.

About the Project:
Join our team working with the largest pan-European online car marketplace, connecting millions of customers with thousands of automotive dealers across Europe.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager who can independently own the CRM function. This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of managing day-to-day CRM operations while driving strategic improvements across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, passionate about customer engagement, and comfortable working in a distributed team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
CRM Campaign Management
- Own and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage recurring and ad hoc email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure campaign quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

CRM Strategy & Optimization
- Audit existing CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Design and execute A/B tests.
- Recommend and implement CRM best practices and process improvements.

CRM Platform & Migration
- Support the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to the new CRM platform.
- Configure and validate campaigns during the migration process.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure proper integrations, audience management, and data consistency.
- Contribute to improving CRM automation and operational efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
- Work independently in a remote-first, cross-location environment.
- Proactively identify issues, gather information, and drive initiatives with minimal guidance.

Qualifications:
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns independently.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Ability to balance operational execution with strategic CRM planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working with distributed teams.

Nice to have
- Experience with Mandrill (Mailchimp Transactional).
- Experience with CRM platform migrations.
- Experience with Etribe or similar customer engagement platforms.
- Marketplace, eCommerce, or digital product experience.

Забезпечити операційний кіберзахист AI-платформи та AI-сервісів: security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM control, auditability, detection engineering і взаємодію з внутрішніми або зовнішніми SOC/IR-командами. Це роль, яка відповідає за те, щоб AI-рішення не були “чорною коробкою” з точки зору безпеки, логування, реагування та контролю.

Обов’язки:
_Налаштування security monitoring для AI-платформи.
_Визначення обов’язкових security logs для AI-сервісів, API, admin actions.
-Побудова detection rules та alerting.
-Управління vulnerability backlog.
-Контроль IAM, privileged access і audit logs.
-Підготовка incident response playbooks.
-Проведення security reviews перед production release.
-Взаємодія з DevOps, AppSec, PM і зовнішніми security-партнерами.
-Участь у прийманні vendor-рішень з точки зору operational security.

Вимоги:
-4+ роки досвіду в SecOps, SOC, infrastructure security або security engineering.
-Досвід роботи з SIEM/log management: Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic, OpenSearch, Wazuh або аналоги.
-Практичний досвід incident response: triage, containment, escalation, post-incident review.
-Досвід vulnerability management: scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking.
-Розуміння IAM, MFA, privileged access, RBAC, service accounts.
-Розуміння Linux hardening, network security, firewalling, TLS, VPN.
-Досвід створення security playbooks/runbooks.
-Вміння читати технічні логи та знаходити аномалії.
Бажано:
-Досвід Kubernetes/container security.
-Досвід з MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001.
-Досвід у regulated або critical environments.
-Досвід побудови detection rules для API, identity, infrastructure та application events.
-Досвід інтеграції security logging з DevOps/MLOps платформами.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pools across key roles (Full Stack, Ruby, QA Automation).
• Work actively with LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram communities, niche platforms, databases, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Use the full sourcing toolkit: Boolean, X-ray, and anything else that brings results.
• Manage 3-5 active recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Develop and test sourcing hypotheses (new channels, markets, and approaches).
• Conduct HR Interviews with the opportunity to take on more complex interviews as you grow within the role.
• Write messages that get replies.
   

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in IT recruiting (agency, outsourcing).
• Good understanding of the IT Market.
• Experience working with LinkedIn, X-ray/Boolean search.
• Ability to work in a high-load, dynamic environment: 3-5 directions running at the same time, large candidate bases, back-to-back interviews.
• Strong motivation to grow in sourcing and recruitment.
• AI tools are part of your workflow.

• Manage onboarding with EMIs, PSPs, Banks, and acquirers - Build strong relationships with financial partners
• Support merchants/clients with payment needs & onboarding
• Prepare KYB packages, bank forms, and documentation
• Evaluate new PSPs, EMIs, and jurisdictions 
• Track progress in CRM     
   

What We're Looking For      

• 1+ year in Fintech, PSP, EMI, Payments, Acquiring, or Consulting
• Understanding of SEPA/SWIFT, acquiring basics, merchant flows
• Strong communication & relationship management skills 
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
