    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development:
      • Assist in business development initiatives of the company, including preparation of materials, conducting negotiations, overseeing communication flows.
      • Preparation of ad-hoc financial and operational forecasts and updates for business initiatives and developments.
    2. Operational Support:
      • Assist in the daily operations of businesses, ensuring smooth execution of key business processes.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and implement best practices.
      • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on business progress and KPI data to support strategic decision-making .
    3. Project Management:
      • Coordinate and oversee strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
      • Monitor project progress and address potential risks or issues.
    4. Market Research and Analysis:
      • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities in the iGaming industry.
      • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.


    What are we looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role, preferably in fast-paced environments such as IB/PE/VC/Big4 (Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Sharp-minded and thinker with a positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for marketing and analytics.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving targets.

    • Partner and collaborate with the Engineering and Tech Art teams to port the game to consoles.
    • Optimize code to align with technical specifications and constraints. 
    • Comfortable diving into the details and understanding the inner workings of the Unreal Engine and current generation consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X).
    • Enjoy collaboration, partnering, and mentoring others to hone their craft/skills to execute on the technical vision of the game. 
    • Generate ideas on how to optimize gameplay, performance, and memory usage and share within the team.
    • Use solid judgment to suggest solutions that strive to balance customer needs, business constraints and technological realities.
    • Provide timelines to Production to ensure schedules are achievable and appropriate.

     

     EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS WE LOOK FOR:

    • At least 7 years of engineering experience (at least 2 years in Unreal).
    • Preferably shipped at least one AAA UE4+ console shooter title in a senior or lead position.
    • Strong knowledge of UE5 architecture (preferred).
    • Direct experience in porting AAA games to either Playstation or Xbox (preferably both).
    • Strong background in console client profiling and optimization.
    • Desire to take initiative and have the ability to work independently in a highly flexible environment.
    • Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
    • Comfortable collaborating across various time zones with interdisciplinary remote team members.

    Responsibilities:

    Key requirements:
