The analyst will partner closely with Inventory Planning leadership to implement definitions, validations, and scalable reporting.

· Build and maintain curated BigQuery tables/views that standardize inventory, demand, availability, open POs/in-transit, backorders, and KPI feeds.

Required Qualifications

· 3–5 years in analytics/data roles (retail/e-commerce strongly preferred).

· Strong SQL and hands-on experience with BigQuery (or similar cloud warehouse).

· Working Python proficiency for analysis/automation (pandas/NumPy).

· Experience supporting BI dashboards and recurring reporting.

· Demonstrated ability to validate and reconcile metrics across sources, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document logic clearly.

· Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

· Familiarity with ML/forecasting workflows (feature engineering, evaluation, operationalizing outputs) to support forecasting and driver-based models in partnership with the team.

· Familiarity with Looker/LookML (or similar semantic layers).

· Exposure to dbt and/or orchestration tools (Airflow/Composer or equivalents).

· Comfort with inventory/planning concepts (WOS, aging, availability, lost demand, backorders) and classification/ranking approaches (ABC/XYZ, PFEP).

· Version control (Git) and basic engineering hygiene (testing, documentation, change logs).

Tools / Environment

BigQuery, SQL, Python, Looker, Jira/Confluence (or equivalent), Google Cloud tooling as applicable.

SKyPRO mainly works with the OpenText IDM. However we are entering other markets and our own software is already working with other platforms than just eDirectory and Active Directory.

• Creation and maintenance of drivers on the Opentext Identity Management platform (OpenText IDM, NetIQ IDM).

We’re looking for a mid–senior DevOps Engineer to join a small, hands-on team that owns the infrastructure.

We run a hybrid environment: Azure plus bare metal (Hetzner and on‑prem server rooms), Talos Kubernetes, and a modern observability and GitOps stack.

You will:

• Run and evolve our Kubernetes platforms (Talos on bare metal, AKS on Azure).

• Own Infrastructure as Code and GitOps-driven delivery.

• Improve reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency of production systems.

• Work in a fully remote, global, highly asynchronous team with a lot of autonomy.

You don’t need every single item, but you should recognize yourself in most of these:

• 4+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles with production ownership.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (self‑hosted and/or AKS).

• Practical experience with Terraform and Ansible.

• Experience building and running CI/CD with GitLab CI and/or Azure DevOps.

• Strong Linux fundamentals, troubleshooting, and scripting in Bash and/or Python.

• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls).

• Experience working with Azure (subscriptions, basic networking, identity, security concepts).

• Exposure to Prometheus / Grafana / Zabbix or similar monitoring tools.

Nice to have

• Experience running globally distributed, customer‑facing SaaS or energy/IoT systems.

You will be selling technical infrastructure services to CTOs, founders and engineering teams.

  Responsibilities:

• Generate and close new DevOps service contracts
• Work with inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
• Sell DevOps-as-a-Service to startups and tech companies
• Lead discovery calls with CTOs and founders
• Identify infrastructure problems and position DevOpsVibe as the solution
• Work with DevOps engineers to prepare proposals
• Close deals and manage contract negotiations
