This is an apprenticeship role, we will teach you everything, but some basic experience and interest in Wordpress and in Software Development in general is needed.

+ The job consist in making WordPress adjustments and edits, based on client requirements. You can use AI tools like Claude Code to aid you in the task, and ask help to a Team Leader. 

Other tasks could be to create features and fix bugs on SaaS products (we will show you how is done)

+ This is a remote position, ideally in Georgia, but other countries could be accepted. Ideally you live in the City of Batumi, Georgia. But it is not a hard requirement. You can live in another country, but with a similar time zone to Georgia

+ We will start with a part time schedule (4-6 hours daily), and probably grow into full time after the summer if we have enough demand

+ Salary is progressive, starts low and as you learn and become more independent, the salary grows. Even though you start with a low salary, at the end you will enjoy a good salary.

+ It is important you already use AI tools to aid you, like Claude Code or OpenCode. Or IDE-integrated tools like Cursor

Ideally you already:

- built websites using Wordpress

- created or installed plugins

- fixed some problems

- Made changes and adjustments to existing websites

From a software perspective:

- you used an IDE like VsCode or similar

- you are comfortable using CLI

- you know linux basics (navigate in folders, read and create files, edit files, etc ...)

You speak fluently at least one of these languages: English, Russian, Spanish. Ukrainian could be acceptable depending on the candidate experience and passion.
