We’re looking for a Middle Shopify Developer to join our team and work on e-commerce projects, building and improving Shopify stores, implementing custom functionality, and integrating third-party services.
 

✅ Requirements

- 2+ years of commercial experience with Shopify development
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid
- Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience building and customizing Shopify themes
- Good understanding of Shopify Online Store 2.0
- Experience working with Shopify APIs, including Admin API and Storefront API
- Experience integrating and configuring third-party Shopify apps and services
- Understanding of responsive development and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with Git
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot Shopify-related issues independently
- Understanding of e-commerce UX and development best practices
- English — Intermediate or higher

✨ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Experience with performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with CRO or A/B testing for e-commerce projects

🧑‍💻 Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores and themes
- Build reusable sections, components, and custom functionality using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Implement new storefront features based on design and business requirements
- Customize and extend existing Shopify themes
- Integrate third-party applications, services, payment solutions, and external APIs
- Work with Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, GraphQL, and webhooks when required
- Configure and work with metafields, metaobjects, product data, collections, and Shopify settings
- Optimize storefront speed, performance, responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
- Identify and resolve technical issues across Shopify stores
- Support existing projects, investigate bugs, and implement improvements
- Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, structured, reusable code
- Collaborate with designers, QA, project managers, and other developers
- Estimate development tasks and communicate technical limitations or possible solutions
- Stay up to date with Shopify platform updates and development best practices
