    Software Engineer – CreatorX.ai

    About Us
We're CreatorX.ai. We're building a tool that helps people create amazing videos using AI. Our platform can generate entire videos from a simple prompt, pulling from both AI-generated imagery and real-world photos, and publish them directly to YouTube.

We're a small, product-focused team, and now we're looking for our first marketing person to help us grow.

Salary is expected to increase as revenue increases. In addition to the salary, the compensation package will also include equity (company shares).

    What You’ll Do

    • Full-stack development: Contribute across backend (Python, Supabase, AWS/Cloudflare) and frontend (Next.js/TypeScript).
    • Product ownership: Work end-to-end on features - from idea → design → implementation → deployment → iteration.
    • Infrastructure & scale: Help build reliable pipelines for AI model integration, video rendering, logging/monitoring, and performance optimization.
    • Experiment & iterate: Prototype new AI-driven workflows, test different user experiences, and optimize based on feedback.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong generalist: Comfortable working across backend, frontend, infra, and integrating APIs.
    • Startup mindset: Bias for action, scrappy, able to ship fast with limited resources.
    • AI + video interest: Experience (or curiosity) with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), video generation, or creative tools.
    • Technical background:
      • Python (data pipelines, APIs, async processing)
      • TypeScript / React / Next.js
      • Cloud (AWS, Cloudflare, or similar)
      • Databases (Supabase/Postgres)
    • Soft skills: Ownership, adaptability, and willingness to “figure it out” without a lot of structure.

    Nice to Have

    • Worked at an early-stage startup or built projects from 0 -> 1.
    • Familiarity with video editing/rendering pipelines (FFmpeg, Remotion, Final Cut Pro integrations).
    • DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring tools like New Relic/PostHog).
    • Interest in YouTube, creator economy, or content automation.

Founding Backend Engineer - Build the Klarna for Rent (BNPL)

    The Opportunity

Join the founding engineering team building the Klarna/Twisto for home rentals across MENA. We're solving a massive problem: millions of tenants pay 12 months rent upfront. We're making monthly payments possible, starting in the UAE. The market is just opening up - perfect timing to build something massive.

    The Founders

Built by proven entrepreneurs: YC alum with successful exit who built payment infrastructure for Fortune 500s, partnered with founder of a VC firm that's produced multiple unicorns globally. Together, we bring deep expertise in building, scaling, and funding billion-dollar fintech companies.

    The Role

We need a brilliant backend engineer to build our core risk engine and payment infrastructure from the ground up. You'll work directly with our Head of Risk (ex-unicorn BNPL company) to turn risk policies into production systems.

    You'll Own:

    • Building our bank statement parsing engine (PDF processing, transaction categorization, income verification)
    • Implementing real-time risk decisioning that approves/rejects applications in seconds
    • Creating payment integrations with UAE's leading payment providers
    • Designing APIs for high-performance tenant application processing
    • Building the data pipeline that turns financial data into instant credit decisions

    Technical Challenges:

    • Parse bank statements from 20+ UAE banks in real-time
    • Process lending decisions in <10 seconds
    • Build for 100,000+ monthly transactions from day one
    • Create a system that scales across multiple countries and currencies
    • Design infrastructure that handles sensitive financial data securely

    What We're Looking For

    Must-Haves:

    • Minimum 5-6 years building fintech/lending/banking backends (more experience is awesome!)
    • Strong Python experience with production systems at scale
    • Experience with bank statement parsing or open banking APIs (TrueLayer, Tink, Salt Edge, Nordigen, Kontomatik)
    • Built high-throughput transaction processing systems
    • Experience with PostgreSQL and data pipeline architecture
    • Understanding of financial systems and risk decisioning

    Huge Plus:

    • Worked at companies like Revolut, Wise, Monobank, Twisto, or any BNPL/lending fintech
    • Experience with European open banking platforms (Salt Edge, Nordigen/GoCardless, Tink)
    • Built consumer lending products that scaled to 100k+ users
    • Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for API development
    • Knowledge of Node.js for specific microservices
    • Experience with Middle Eastern payment systems
    • Former founding engineer who's seen 0→1 journey

    What You Get

    • Own the core product - your code will process millions in rent payments monthly
    • Founding engineer equity - real ownership in a rocket ship, not 0.01% options
    • Direct line to founders - your ideas ship to production in days, not months
    • Build your own empire - hire and lead the entire backend team as we scale
    • Work with the best - Head of Risk from unicorn BNPL, YC founders, VC who's built unicorns
    • Massive market impact - help millions of families stop paying $50k upfront for housing
    • Shape the technical culture - define how we build, not follow someone else's playbook

    Tech Stack

You'll help define it, but we're thinking:

    • Python for core services (risk engine, bank parsing, data pipeline)
    • PostgreSQL for transactions, Redis for caching
    • AWS/GCP for infrastructure
    • FastAPI or Django for REST APIs
    • Docker, Kubernetes, modern CI/CD practices

    Interview Process

Fast and transparent (total time: 1 week max)

    1. 30-min chat with founders (background + culture fit)
    2. Technical discussion with Head of Risk (system design)
    3. Paid technical project (real problem we're solving)
    4. Final decision within 48 hours

Softcery is a small, focused team building AI-driven B2B software solutions. We work closely with clients in the US and UK to launch AI voice agents and develop custom B2B platforms. Most of our work involves advanced R&D and solving complex challenges — and none of this would be possible without the right people on board.

That’s why we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will not just “fill roles”, but truly influence how we attract, assess, and hire talent.

In our People team, we don’t measure success by speed — we focus on finding the right match, building trust, and creating partnerships that last. Every person you hire will directly shape our team and our ability to deliver cutting-edge AI products. Over time, this role can also grow into a Talent Acquisition Team Lead position.

    • Conduct interviews that go beyond checklists — focusing on cultural fit, motivation, and long-term potential.
    • Manage your own roles independently (1–4 at a time), keeping everything structured in our ATS Homerun.
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to spot bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and introduce new ideas or processes.
    • Contribute to the employer brand by helping us share our story with candidates and the tech community.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • You have 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in outsourcing/consulting) and a track record of successfully closing both technical and non-technical roles.
    • You take full ownership of the recruitment process, managing roles end-to-end with autonomy and accountability.
    • You’re analytical and metrics-driven — you enjoy tracking results, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to make the process smarter.
    • You thrive in dynamic environments, are curious, adaptable, and love thinking outside the box to find the right talent.
    • You value long-term fit and quality over speed, building trustful relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
    • You’re comfortable communicating in English at an intermediate level (B1+) or higher.

    What We Offer:

    • Structured onboarding & dedicated support — you’ll get a clear onboarding plan, documented workflows, and a team that’s got your back.

    • IT Cluster membership — access to professional events and networking opportunities in the local tech community.

We are building a SaaS CPQ platform and looking for someone who is passionate about creating clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces. This role is ideal for a front-end engineer with strong UI/UX sensibility: someone who knows how to make things not just work, but look great and feel intuitive.

    What You’ll Do

    • Take rough requirements, user flows, or business logic and transform them into polished, production-ready interfaces.
    • Analyze the task and decide: what is the right UI pattern here?
    • Research and adapt good examples from existing design systems (e.g., Dribbble, Tailwind UI, Behance).
    • Build responsive layouts quickly and efficiently using Vue.js and TailwindCSS.
    • Collaborate with product managers to refine user journeys and keep UX simple and intuitive.
    • Implement enough logic to make interfaces functional, but keep focus on design and usability first.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong skills in UI development with Vue.js (v2/v3) and TailwindCSS.
    • A portfolio or code samples that show your ability to make clean, beautiful, user-friendly interfaces.
    • Ability to identify and apply UX best practices (spacing, hierarchy, clarity, accessibility).
    • Experience with responsive design for desktop and mobile.
    • Ability to work fast, without sacrificing quality.
    • Curiosity to research design patterns and adapt them to our product.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in SaaS products or dashboards.
    • Familiarity with CPQ, configurators, or similar tools.
    • Understanding of state management (Vuex/Pinia) and front-end logic.
    • Basic design tool familiarity (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) — not required, but helpful.

    Why Join Us

    • You will be the key person shaping the look and feel of a live SaaS product.
    • Freedom to choose and adapt the best UI/UX solutions.
    • Work in a team where business logic and backend are covered — your main job is making things beautiful and usable.
    • Fast-moving environment with room for creativity.

We’re excited to introduce you to Softsich! We are a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company that creates innovative digital products and confidently expands our presence in global markets.

We are looking for a Middle VIP Promo/Event Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for our VIP clients — from creative promos to exclusive gifts and unforgettable events. If you enjoy working with high-value clients, have an event-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of audience motivation — this role will keep you inspired.

    What you will do:

    • Launch internal VIP promo campaigns, tournaments, and loyalty programs.
    • Collaborate with retention managers and VIP accounts to design personalized promo mechanics.
    • Maintain the activity calendar and coordinate with designers, support, and the BI team.
    • Monitor engagement, spend, and campaign performance.
    • Keep a strong focus on creativity and stay one step ahead of competitors.
    • Analyze ROI, prepare post-campaign reports, and improve approaches.

    Our ideal candidate:

    • Experience in B2C marketing, campaign management, or event organization (especially in e-commerce or event marketing).
    • Understanding of retention marketing and client motivation patterns.
    • Skills in creating event scenarios, segmentation, and personalization.
    • Experience managing gifts and logistics, including client geography considerations.
    • Independence, multitasking, and idea generation.
    • Excel / Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, basic analytics (ROI, uplift, CPA).
    • CRM systems: Customer.io, Optimove, Smartico, NetRefer — or others.
    • Analytics tools: reading dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
    • Presentation tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva.
    • Briefing designers and copywriters — from idea to final material.

    Will be an advantage:

    • Experience working with VIP clients.
    • Understanding of client cycle terminology and logic (wagering, turnover, bonuses, retention phases).
    • Experience with delivery services.

    We offer:

    • Flexible schedule and remote format or offices in Warsaw/Kyiv — you choose.
    • 24 paid vacation days, sick leaves, and health insurance (UA-based, other locations in progress).
    • A supportive, friendly team where knowledge-sharing is part of the culture.
    • Coverage for professional events and learning.
    • Birthday greetings, team buildings, and warm human connection beyond work.
    • Zero joules of energy to the aggressor state, its affiliated businesses, or partners.
