    We’re looking for a Technical AI Product Manager who will lead our AI Core team that owns AI-based capabilities of all our products.

    This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable deep in technical details, understands how AI systems are built and shipped, and can translate complex technical constraints into impactful product decisions.


    Responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle with a strong technical focus: discovery, specification, delivery, and iteration
    • Act as a bridge between business and engineering: translate product goals into clear technical requirements and vice versa
    • Define product requirements for AI-powered features (logic, constraints, data dependencies, edge cases)
    • Work closely with engineers to shape system architecture, API contracts, data flows, and technical trade-offs
    • Process feedback from the products that use AI capabilities developed by the team for continous improvement
    • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests, including experiments impacting AI behavior, personalization, and monetization
    • Prioritize roadmap, features, and technical debt based on business impact, system limitations, and user value
    • Ensure fast, predictable delivery while maintaining technical quality and scalability

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong technical background (engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience)
    • Solid understanding of how modern AI systems are built
    • Ability to reason about trade-offs between speed, quality, scalability, and technical complexity
    • Excellent communication skills — able to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Fluent English (spoken and written)
    • High ownership, bias for action, and comfort working in fast-changing environments

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with AI/ML-driven products (AI companionship, social discovery, chat, or personalization systems)
    • Ability to read code and participate in technical discussions (even without being the primary implementer)
    • Experience with prompt-based systems, model evaluation, or AI quality metrics

    What you’ll do:

    • Form and lead the product team, launch development, and take full ownership of the entire process
    • Own the full product development cycle: from competitive research and scoping to execution and continuous improvement based on data
    • Build and scale the mobile product from the ground up, contributing to strategy and execution
    • Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve product metrics and increase user satisfaction (eNPS)

    Job Description

    As a Strong Middle / Senior iOS Developer at ADVA Soft, you will take ownership of key parts of our iOS applications and actively contribute to architectural decisions, performance optimization, and feature development.
    You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance apps that delight our users.
    You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced teammates and help shape the technical direction of our projects.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement complex features with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture.
    • Participate in defining architecture and choosing the best patterns and frameworks for new and existing products.
    • Collaborate with designers to translate UX/UI ideas into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
    • Optimize performance and ensure high stability and reliability of existing applications.
    • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best coding practices across the team.
    • Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate time estimations for development tasks.
    • Integrate and maintain analytics, attribution, and subscription frameworks such as RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, and Amplitude.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies, trends, and tools to continuously improve development processes.

       

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C (including experience with mixed Swift/Obj-C projects).
    • Solid understanding of UIKit.
    • Deep knowledge of iOS frameworks, multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization.
    • Proven experience implementing clean architectures (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Swift, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, and Amplitude.
    • Understanding of asynchronous programming.
    • Strong understanding of UIViewController/UIView lifecycle, Auto Layout, Animations, and adaptive UI for iPhone/iPad.
    • Familiarity with Gitflow and collaborative team workflows.
    • Experience integrating in-app purchases, push notifications. 
    • Intermediate+ English for effective communication and documentation.

       

       

    Would Be a Plus

    • Experience working with C++ classes to exchange data with the core part of the application (bridging between C++ and Swift/Objective-C layers).
    • Experience with Combine or Swift Concurrency (async/await).
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate closely with designers.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Previous experience mentoring or leading small teams.
