    We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer fluent in English and Polish who will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our mobile banking application.
    You will work across the full UX process — from research and ideation to testing and delivery — ensuring that every design decision is backed by user insights and aligned with business goals.
    You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Developers to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our users.


    WHAT WE NEED:
    • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
    • Strong Portfolio of commercial products
    • Fluent Polish and English speaker (essential for user interviews and testing)
    • Experience designing mobile applications (preferably fintech, banking, or similar)

    The project is a specialized Market Data Management platform that acts as an intelligent layer between global financial data providers and the internal systems of banks and investment funds. It addresses a critical industry challenge: heavy dependence on vendor-specific data formats (such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv) and fragmented inbound data flows. The platform automatically aggregates, normalizes, and validates incoming data, creating a so-called “Golden Copy” — a single, reliable, and error-free source of truth for each financial instrument. Its key advantage is full vendor independence: thanks to a flexible GraphQL API and a modular architecture, clients can instantly switch data providers or add new data domains (for example, ESG metrics) without rebuilding internal infrastructure, significantly reducing operational costs and reporting risks.

     

    About the role:

    • As a Market Data Support Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, and validating market and instrument data used by clients. You will work closely with Data Specialists, external data providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that data is correct, complete, and up to date. The role combines operational data maintenance, analytical thinking, and client-oriented support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys structured work and wants to deepen their understanding of financial markets and data flows.
