    Requirements

    - 4+ years of experience in risk management, including 2+ years in crypto or digital assets;

    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field;

    - Strong understanding of market, technology, and operational risks within digital platforms;

    - Experience in designing and implementing risk frameworks, including stress testing and scenario analysis;

    - Proficiency in working with data (SQL), BI tools (Tableau/Grafana), and automating KRIs/reporting;

    - Knowledge of risk identification methodologies and practical application (SWOT, checklists, environmental analysis, expert assessment);

    - Hands-on experience with crypto platforms and DeFi protocols;

    - FRM, CFA, PRMIA, or similar certifications are a plus.
