    This is a great opportunity for a Senior Automation QA engineer who wants to:
        β€’    work with a modern tech stack (Python, Pytest, Playwright, FastAPI, NextJS, React, GitLab, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kibana, LangChain)
        β€’    take on a leadership role, mentoring engineers and shaping the team's technical culture
        β€’    build scalable test automation architectures
        β€’    develop scripts, tools, and apps for other teams
        β€’    define the automation strategy and drive engineering excellence across the AQA team
        β€’    create complex scenarios for load tests (Locust)
        β€’    use any AI tools of your choice

    Responsibilities:
    Technical Leadership & Mentorship
        β€’    Own the Automation Strategy: Lead the design and evolution of the test automation architecture to ensure scalability and reliability
        β€’    Drive Engineering Excellence: Enforce high coding standards through code reviews and the adoption of modern, robust testing patterns
        β€’    Mentor and Grow the Team: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring team members and sharing knowledge on new tools and techniques
        β€’    Optimize Processes: Continuously audit and improve AQA processes to minimize feedback loops and maximize efficiency

    Automation & Development
        β€’    Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Python and Pytest (API tests + UI tests with Playwright)
        β€’    Develop and run complex scenarios for load tests using Python (Locust)
        β€’    Develop and maintain automation tools using different technologies (FastAPI, React, Docker, etc.)
        β€’    Develop scripts, tools, and apps for other teams (for example, the QA team or integration management team)
        β€’    Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
        β€’    Contribute to documentation for processes and codebases

    Process & Collaboration
        β€’    Work closely with AQA, MQA, BE, and FE engineers
        β€’    Be part of the feature development process: participate in meetings, requirement reviews, and mockup reviews
        β€’    Demo results at the end of each sprint

    Requirements:
        β€’    5+ years of experience as an AQA Engineer
        β€’    3+ years of strong Python and Pytest experience
        β€’    Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring other AQA engineers
        β€’    Proven experience designing test automation frameworks and architectural patterns
        β€’    Deep knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and engineering best practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS)
        β€’    Strong experience in API and UI testing
        β€’    English level: B1+; Ukrainian: C1

    Nice to have:
        β€’    Experience with Kubernetes
        β€’    Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React/NextJS)
        β€’    Experience with load testing tools like Locust
