We don’t do volume hiring, we work with small and mid-sized teams who care about hiring quality over speed.
 

Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. The focus of this role is on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts, as part of a small agile team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain solutions using Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js.
• Build and manage microservices and monorepo environment architectures on the backend.
