Do you want to learn real B2B sales from the ground up and are looking for the perfect entry point with long-term prospects, or do you even have experience already?

Then we need you as a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d), full-time. Prior experience is explicitly not required but is an advantage. All you need is very good German, spoken and written, and plenty of motivation.

The problem you solve
Our customers are property management companies, condominium (WEG) managers, owners of multi-family buildings and commercial properties, housing associations, as well as architects and other B2B contacts.

They are extremely busy and have no time for boring, generic advertising. We need someone who researches smartly, picks up the phone or writes clever messages to find out: Who makes the decisions here, and is there currently a need for renovation or for solar carports?

Your tasks

• You systematically research potential new customers (leads) in real estate and property management within our target group, using tools like Lusha, Clay, and regular searching.
• You proactively approach these decision-makers by phone, email, or via business networks such as LinkedIn.
• In the first contact, you find out whether there is a need for our renovation services (qualification).
• You arrange on-site appointments or video calls for our managing director or our sales team with exactly these decision-makers.
• You keep all important information neatly maintained in our CRM system.

What you don’t do: sell, negotiate, pore over construction plans, write quotes, or commit to prices. Our managing director takes care of that in the appointment. Your job ends once the calendar entry is set and the contact is qualified.

What you bring

• Very good German, spoken and written, because you communicate with people all day.
• No hesitation about calling strangers and building a professional conversation.
• Confident presence on the phone and by email, as you are speaking with property managers and business professionals.
• Persistence and reliability: A “no” doesn’t throw you off course but is simply part of the job for you.
• Willingness to learn: You truly want to know how modern sales works.

What we offer

• A permanent full-time position with a clear development perspective. This is not a dead-end entry-level job. If you are good and enjoy it, you can keep growing with us.
• Real sales know-how from day one: You learn directly from the managing director how B2B sales works in the renovation sector.
• Structured onboarding, clean processes, and a modern CRM setup.
• A team that takes you seriously and gives you responsibility.
• Our team consists increasingly of Ukrainian colleagues who work on site in our office in Germany.
• The position is fully remote, so you work from wherever you want.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager — someone who understands that in B2B iGaming, great relationships are built on sharp business acumen, speed, and strategic influence. As we prepare to launch our slot portfolio to the market, you will be the driving commercial force behind our footprint. You won’t just manage accounts; you’ll pave the way, open doors with major operators, and turn our games into top-performing assets across partner platforms.

What you’ll do

• Drive commercial success: Take full ownership of B2B sales and account expansion during our market launch phase;
• Build and execute pipeline: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard key iGaming operators, aggregators, and platforms;
• Become a strategic partner: Work closely with operator casino managers to secure optimal lobby positioning, prominent game placement, and targeted promotional campaigns;
• Align product with performance: Analyze performance data (GGR, NGR, bets, active players) to spot growth opportunities and feed market insights back to product and leadership teams;
• Represent the brand: Be the face of the company at major industry events, expos, and client meetings, building long-term trust and high-value industry connections;
• Shape commercial processes: Help build our sales playbook, commercial terms, and account management framework as we scale.

What you bring

• Proven track record: 4+ years of B2B Sales / Account Management experience within a slot provider, aggregator, or top-tier iGaming ecosystem;
• Established network: Strong, active contacts with casino operators, CRM heads, and platform decision-makers;
• Launch mindset: Experience taking a product or portfolio to market from scratch (or driving massive growth in an early-stage environment);
• Data-driven & business-smart: Deep understanding of key industry metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP impact, lobby visibility, promotion ROI) and how to negotiate win-win commercial deals;
• Product passion: You genuinely understand slot mechanics, player preferences, and what makes a game perform in different markets;
• Exceptional communication: Confident, persuasive, and adept at negotiating complex deals with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders;
• Autonomy & drive: You thrive in high-ownership environments where you set your own pace and take pride in closing deals;
• Fluent English (additional languages like Spanish, German, or Portuguese are a major plus).

Benefits

• 21 vacation days + 2 extra day-offs annually;
• 12 paid sick days;
• Fully remote format — work from anywhere you feel productive;
• Flexible schedule: start your day anytime between 08:00–11:00 CET;
• Fixed budget for health insurance and gym/fitness;
• Provided all required work equipment;
• Zero bureaucracy and direct communication with founders and C-level;
• Minimal meetings, async-friendly workflow;
• Startup energy: fast motion, creativity, and tight-knit communication;
• Business trips and team meetups several times per year;
• Multiple salary payout options (flexible formats);
• …And many more perks unlocked after we hit break-even.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient support experience through live chat and email. Your main focus will be resolving inquiries, escalating complex cases, and maintaining high standards of response time and quality.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Provide professional and timely support to users via live chat and email
• Handle player inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant departments
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and communication guidelines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of games, promotions, and internal procedures
• Follow the assigned schedule and meet individual performance KPIs (speed, CSAT, accuracy)

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Previous experience in Customer Support and IGaming is a must
• Excellent written communication skills in English (B2+) / French (B2+)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including not only evenings, weekends, and holidays, but also night shifts
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to details
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:

• Flexible working hours and a remote work setup, so you can plan work around your life and not your life around work!
• Vacation days and paid sick leave—because your rest matters.
• A competitive compensation that truly reflects your skills and expertise.
• Employee referral bonus and gifts to celebrate your special occasions.
• 50% financial support for learning expenses to supercharge your professional growth!
• A positive atmosphere where you always feel respected and truly belong.
• Inspirational team-building activities that turn colleagues into best friends.
• Wellness benefits: We’ll support your sports passions, from yoga classes to gym memberships.

- Based in Warsaw and able to work from the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have:
- DevOps experience (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring).
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.

What we offer:
- A friendly environment where you can reach your full potential and grow your career.
- A long-term, full-time B2B contract with a Polish company.
- Paid vacation days, paid sick leave, and paid days off on all Polish public holidays.
- Hybrid work in Warsaw: 3 days per week in the office, the rest of the time remotely.

Location: Bielsko-Biała, Poland

Work model: 100% on-site

Employment: Full-time
