Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience with TypeScript;

- SolidJS production experience — required.

- Client-side GraphQL APIs with urql;

- Real time UI over WebSockets;

- Strong CSS fundamentals with Tailwind CSS;

- Performance and reliability at scale;

- English: upper intermediate or higher.

What You’ll Be Working On:

- Build trading and token launch flows in SolidJS and TypeScript;

- Turn Figma designs into clean, responsive UI;

- Maintain a Tailwind CSS component library and design tokens;

- Work with GraphQL APIs via urql;

- Add real time updates over WebSockets;

- Keep the app fast and stable;

- Collaborate with backend.

Good to Have:
- Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency tech;

- Experience with Web3 integrations;

- Experience with trading or similar real-time products;

- TanStack.

We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;

- Knowledge and ability to calculate the economy of the basic mechanics of bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, daily quests;

- Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;

- Experience with client segmentation, preferably RFM;

- Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: CvR, Margin, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.

- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;

- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio;

- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods.

Responsibilities:

- Monthly planning of marketing activities to retain and return players;

- Creation of communication plans via multiple channels (onsite/offsite);

- Forming logic and participating in launches of trigger chains;

- Setting tasks for cross-functional departments;

- Calculation of predictions with further analytics of held actions;

- Communication with the team to develop a general strategy.
