• Experience with working vacancies in marketing sphere (Affiliate manager, SEO specialist, Promo Manager, Media Buyer, Retention manager, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: from gathering requirements to closing offers.
• Using data-driven approaches in your work (work with recruiting metrics)
• Search and selection of personnel in the amount of 80% of the time per month
• Participation in the analysis of the salary market for the formation of competitive remuneration for employees
• Work simultaneously with 5 vacancies per month
