The Digital Health organization is a technology team focused on next-generation Digital Health capabilities which deliver on the mission and vision to deliver Insight Driven Care. This role will operate within the Digital Health Applications & Interoperability subgroup of the broader Digital Health team, focused on patient engagement, care coordination, AI, healthcare analytics & interoperability amongst other advanced technologies which enhance our product portfolio with new services, while improving clinical & patient experiences.

Requirements:

• Terraform

• AWS Platform: Working experience with AWS services - in particular serverless architectures (S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, etc…) supporting API development in a microservices architecture

• Programming Languages: Python (strong programming skills)

• Data Formats: Experience with JSON, XML and other relevant data formats

• CI/CD Tools: experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops, documents, and configures systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, address business requirements, and processes in the cloud development & engineering.

We are a US-registered outstaffing partner. We embed senior engineers into product teams across fintech and payments. Sourcing now for a near-term client engagement in the cross-border crypto-fiat space.

This role is engineering-hands-on. You will own the KYC/KYB onboarding flow architecture for high-AOV merchants in a production environment. Not project management, not consulting.

Required (must have shipped in production):
- KYC or KYB onboarding flows in fintech, payments, or crypto
- At least 2 verification provider integrations from: Onfido, Sumsub, Persona, Alloy, Middesk, Veriff, Jumio
- Backend in Node.js (NestJS, Express) or Python (FastAPI, Django)
- Manual review queues or automated decisioning logic
- Scale context (transactions per day, merchants onboarded, time-to-activate metrics)

We're opening one vertical first: marketing agencies (35–200 people, US/EU). They have real pain around client reporting, content scale, RFP/proposal work, lead qualification — and they have budget.

We're hiring a founding sales partner to build the outbound motion with us from zero.

WHAT WE SELL

Not "AI will help your business." Specific workflows:

- Automated monthly client reporting (GA4 / Meta Ads / LinkedIn / SEMrush → branded report with insights)
- Proposal / RFP automation (old tenders in RAG → drafts of new ones in 30 min instead of 2 days)
- AI lead qualification for agency inboxes (who's real, who's tire-kicking)
- Content scale (brief → variants matched to client brand guidelines)
- Multi-account performance ops (repeating manual checks across client accounts)

Typical pilot: 3–6 weeks, $15k–$30k. After pilot — expansion to monthly retainer ($3k–$10k/mo) or a second workflow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Outbound: cold email (Apollo Pro + Instantly Hypergrowth + Clay already in the stack), LinkedIn outreach, selective warm intros. CTO joins demos for technical questions; you own the relationship end-to-end.
- Discovery: 30-min call → find where the agency is actually bleeding → scope one workflow for a pilot. Not "sell what we have," but "find what they actually need."
- Closing: discovery → scoped proposal with CTO in the room → close → handoff to delivery.
- GTM feedback loop: you bring back objections, pricing pushback, best-performing hooks → we adjust the offer together. Two-person GTM iteration, not "run the script."

What you DON'T do: phone-based cold calling, conference travel, infinite CRM grooming, selling vapor features.

WHAT WE OFFER

- 10% of client Y1 revenue (pilot $25k → $2,500 one-time; +retainer $5k/mo → $500/mo × 12)
- + 5% residual Y2+ (as long as the client stays)

- Sold into one of: marketing agencies, SaaS, B2B services, consulting, digital products
- Understands the difference between "closed a deal" and "closed a deal delivery can actually ship without crying"
