We're hiring an L2 Technical Support Engineer for a project supporting a video platform and ensuring reliable service, incident resolution, and system availability. 

Our customer is a technology provider developing software solutions for digital media and content-driven businesses. Its platform helps organizations manage complex digital workflows, improve service performance, and deliver reliable experiences across different environments and devices. 

The project is focused on providing managed L2 technical support for a video technology platform, ensuring continuous availability and reliable service for enterprise customers. It covers production incident diagnosis and mitigation across video encoding workflows, web player integrations, and REST APIs while supporting effective escalation to engineering teams. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Providing L2 off-hours on-call technical support for enterprise video streaming and encoding workflows. 
• Owning end-to-end incident lifecycle: triage, ticket logging, deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA), workaround implementation, and resolution within strict SLA targets. 
• Troubleshooting REST API integrations: inspecting endpoints, authentication/tokens, headers, CORS preflights, and payload errors; reproducing reproducible calls via Postman/curl. 
• Diagnosing web player issues (JS/TS) using Chrome DevTools: inspecting Console and Network tabs, analyzing buffering, verifying manifest and segment availability (HLS, DASH).

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of the centralized acquisition function within an iGaming group, with a clear path to the CMO role.

The function covers Media Buying, Affiliates, and SEO. The team acquires traffic centrally and distributes it across the group's B2C brands.

For us, marketing is first and foremost about economics. We are not looking for a brand marketer, but for a strong performance/acquisition specialist who can take ownership of traffic quality, payback, and the financial results of the entire acquisition function.

About the Role

APOPO is implementing a new version of its ODOO ERP system across its operations. The ERP and IT Systems Specialist will serve as the local point of contact in Ukraine for ODOO user support, training and implementation.

The position does not require advanced ODOO development experience. A good general technical understanding, strong digital skills, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and the ability to explain processes clearly to users are essential.

The successful candidate will receive dedicated training on APOPO’s ODOO environment, including training abroad with the development team, before supporting the system rollout in Ukraine.

We are looking for a Senior Voice Operations Engineer with strong expertise in Linux infrastructure and VoIP technologies to join a Healthcare product.
 

You will manage and modernize a large distributed environment that supports telephony services, LAMP applications, Asterisk, FreePBX, and enterprise SIP phones.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain, secure, and update a distributed Linux infrastructure and its voice services;
• Manage SIP phone provisioning, configurations, firmware, and certificates;
• Support SIP trunks, call routing, failover, caller ID, and carrier integrations;
• Automate fleet management, deployments, and recovery processes;
• Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, and eliminate recurring issues;
• Troubleshoot Asterisk, FreePBX, SIP, RTP, DTMF, NAT, routing, and audio problems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior-level experience with Linux administration in distributed production environments;
• Strong production expertise with Asterisk, FreePBX, SIP, RTP, SDP, and IP telephony;

• Own the day-to-day management and optimization of paid UA campaigns across multiple mobile acquisition channels.
• Manage and scale campaigns for Android Utility Apps and Mobile Games across Tier-1, Tier-2 and global markets.
• Work with major acquisition platforms and networks including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, Liftoff, Taboola, DV360 and other DSPs/media partners.
• Continuously test new traffic sources, publishers, DSPs, OEMs, CTV providers and performance partners.
• Evaluate new channels based on traffic quality, CPI/CPA, retention, monetization and ROAS — not simply volume.

CTV & Emerging Channels

• Own and develop CTV user acquisition initiatives, including identifying relevant CTV networks, DSPs and media partners.
• Plan, launch and optimize CTV campaigns with clear attribution and performance measurement.
• Understand the differences between mobile performance channels and CTV, including incrementality, attribution, audience targeting and creative requirements.
• Identify additional emerging acquisition channels and develop structured test plans to validate their potential.

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, ARPU, LTV, retention and payback period.
• Analyze performance by country, campaign, creative, publisher, network, device and audience.
• Use mobile measurement platforms such as Singular, AppsFlyer or Adjust to evaluate campaign performance and traffic quality.
• Work with data and analytics teams to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for optimization.
• Build clear performance reports and translate data into actionable decisions.

Budget Management & Scaling

• Manage significant monthly acquisition budgets and allocate spend based on performance.
• Develop structured test → validate → scale processes for new channels and campaigns.
• Make fast budget allocation decisions based on real-time performance and unit economics.
• Negotiate with media partners and work with external traffic providers to secure competitive pricing and quality inventory.

Creative & Product Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative team to develop and test high-performing video, static and UGC-style advertising creatives.
• Analyze creative performance and identify the concepts, hooks and formats that drive efficient acquisition.
• Provide clear feedback to creative teams based on campaign data.
• Collaborate with Product and Monetization teams to improve conversion, retention and monetization.

Job requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on User Acquisition / Performance Marketing experience in mobile apps.
• Strong proven experience acquiring users for Android mobile applications.
• Significant experience with Utility Apps, Mobile Games or advertising-monetized mobile products.
• Proven experience managing and scaling meaningful UA budgets.
• Strong hands-on experience with multiple paid acquisition channels.
• Experience working with Google Ads and at least 2–3 additional mobile acquisition platforms/networks.
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution and MMPs such as Singular, AppsFlyer or Adjust.
