What youβll do:
- Conduct research for new openings: find relevant candidate profiles, analyze the market, and identify hiring trends and challenges.
- Search for candidates for open roles via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Communicate with candidates: write personalized messages, answer questions, and build trust.
- Support candidates through the entire hiring process (if they move forward): update statuses, send reminders, stay in touch.
- Schedule interviews with the recruiter and coordinate next steps when needed.
- Provide written feedback to candidates after interview stages.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team: discuss profiles, improve sourcing strategies, and experiment with new approaches.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process and the IT industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Genuine interest in growing within the IT and recruitment field.
Nice to have:
- English level β Intermediate+ or higher.
- Experience working with Google Sheets, ATS, or other candidate management tools.
- Previous sourcing experience (even during studies, courses, or independently).
- Curiosity about the job market, interest in analytics and research.

We're opening a Project Manager position for the first time in the company. This isnβt a typical corporate PM role with pre-defined processes and reporting layers β youβll be the person who brings clarity where thereβs ambiguity, and structure where thereβs chaos.
Youβll work closely with strong, autonomous Product and Customer Success teams to help them stay focused, communicate effectively, and deliver impact β while building trust with stakeholders and clients along the way.What makes this role unique/Challenges
- Balancing Client Expectations with Technical Realities. Clients often want a lotβand fast. Your challenge is to set realistic expectations, negotiate priorities, and help both sides (client and dev team) stay aligned
- Managing Ambiguity Client needs might be vague or evolving. Youβll need to translate unclear feedback into actionable insights without derailing timelines
- End-to-End Visibility Youβll oversee the entire product lifecycleβfrom gathering initial feedback to ensuring smooth, bug-free releases. Your role directly impacts the client experience and product quality
- Tight Feedback Loops This is not a slow-moving corporate setup. Youβll be part of a nimble team where decisions are made fast, iterations are frequent, and your input is valued from day one.
What youβll be doing
- Act as the main point of contact between clients/stakeholders and the development team
- Collect, evaluate, and clearly communicate client feedback and requirements
- Plan and manage the entire development cycleβfrom a ready MVP to a full release and further product support
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and bug-free releases
- Set clear deadlines and communicate realistic timelines to clients
- Align internal and external expectations to avoid surprises and delays
- Participate in both client-facing and internal team meetings
What weβre looking for
- Experience as a Project Manager in a fast-moving product company for 4+ years.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills β both inside and outside the team.
- Fluency in English β all interviews and client-facing communication are in English.
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly β especially to non-technical audiences.
- Confident, calm presence under pressure β you bring order, not noise.
- Strong facilitation skills β you lead with structure, not authority.
