We are building a large-scale conversational AI platform focused on personalized human–AI interaction. The product operates at significant real-world scale, serving tens of millions of users and processing over 80 million tokens per day. The platform works in a complex domain that requires advanced alignment, moderation, and low-latency inference.

We are looking for a Tech Lead to take ownership of the LLM direction and lead a small team of AI engineers. This is a hands-on role combining system design, model development, and production engineering. What You Will Do

• Lead and build the LLM systems powering the core conversational experience. You will architect and evolve the core chat loop, including context windows, memory and RAG pipelines, and inference performance.

Responsibilities: 

• Development of new features and new parts of the app.
• Work in a cross-functional Scrum team alongside Frontend and QA Engineers.
• Maintaining, improving and extending existing functionality.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Node.JS development.
• Minimum of two years of experience in React.JS development.
• Experience with Sequelize, PostgreSQL, database design, microservices.

• English level - Intermediate and higher.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Trainee / Junior DevOps Engineer to join our small team as a trainee/apprentice. You'll work directly under the guidance of our Senior DevOps Engineer, learning hands-on while contributing to real projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their DevOps career who wants to grow their skills in cloud infrastructure, automation, and scalable architecture.

What will you be doing?

• Assisting in building and maintaining  infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Supporting the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Helping monitor system health and performance under supervision
• Learning infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform, Pulumi and Ansible
• Collaborating with developers to support our tech stack (Node.js and Python)
• Documenting processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases

Skills we are looking for:

• Basic understanding of Linux systems and command-line operations
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Bash, Python preferred)
• Basic knowledge of version control (Git)
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts
• Eagerness to learn and grow in DevOps practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Fluency in English

Nice to haves:

• Some exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Basic familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Any experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Personal projects or contributions to open-source projects
