We are looking for a visionary Film Director & Showrunner to lead the creation of high-end short-drama series. This role is for a cinematic powerhouse who understands deep storytelling, blocking, and dramatic structure, but is also ready to embrace Generative AI as their primary production engine. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must be digitally native and tech-curious. We need a storyteller who can translate a traditional director’s "eye" into the world of AI-assisted filmmaking, turning scripts into seamless, prestige-quality visuals.

The Role

As the lead creative, you will act as a one-person studio. You’ll take a project from concept to final master, using AI tools to build worlds, maintain character consistency, and direct virtual "performances". You are the bridge between classic film theory and the future of automated production.

Responsibilities

Showrunning & Vision:

Lead the narrative strategy and maintain a cohesive "look and feel" across a complete short drama series.

Directorial Leadership: Apply your mastery of lighting, composition, and performance to AI outputs, ensuring they mirror the quality of high-end television.

Professional Directing Background: Proven experience as a Film Director or Showrunner with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep grasp of "the language of film.

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Generalist to take full ownership of the finance function, building and running it as a true business partner to leadership, delivery, and sales. The role covers the full spectrum: financial planning, project economics, invoicing, payroll, reporting, and compliance. You will have real influence over how financial processes are structured and how financial data shapes business decisions.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Own the company's financial planning cycle: annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and revenue, cost, and margin projections at the client level
• Manage the full billing process: from contract review and billing model setup to invoice issuance, accounts receivable tracking, and payment reconciliation
• Oversee project finances: budget setup, cost allocation, rate card management, margin calculations, and ongoing profitability assessment

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer for one of our clients — an AI consulting group that builds production-grade systems for companies ready to operationalize artificial intelligence across their business. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t just experiment with AI, but has built, deployed, and optimized real AI systems in complex, production environments.

This role is for someone who takes full ownership of AI systems — from architecture to performance. You’ll work at the intersection of LLMs, distributed data processing, and backend systems, building scalable AI pipelines and knowledge systems in a high-impact environment where performance, reliability, and flexibility (including airgapped deployments) matter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and build distributed data pipelines (Apache Beam, Python) for large-scale document and model processing;

• Implement horizontally scalable LLM-powered extraction workflows across thousands of entities;

• Build runner-agnostic pipelines that run across multiple environments (local, cloud, on-prem);

• Design and implement entity resolution and cross-referencing systems with confidence scoring;
  Architect and build graph-based Knowledge Bases (Dgraph or similar), including schema design and query optimization;

• Develop pluggable LLM extractor frameworks (classification, relationships, completeness, document linking);

• Build abstraction layers for LLM providers (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, local models via Ollama/vLLM);

• Optimize LLM usage for cost, latency, and reliability in production environments;

• Design and implement backend service layers (Go-based APIs) connecting AI pipelines with agent systems;

• Ensure observability, debugging, and performance monitoring across distributed AI systems;

• Package and deploy systems using Docker (docker-compose, containerized environments);

• Collaborate directly with client teams on integrations, validation, and production rollout.
  
  

What we expect from you:

• 5–8+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or Applied ML Infrastructure;

• Expert-level Python;

• Strong experience with distributed processing frameworks (Apache Beam preferred; Spark/Flink acceptable);

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs in production (prompting, orchestration, provider abstraction);

• Experience with graph databases (Dgraph, Neo4j, JanusGraph, or similar);

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, parallel processing, and large-scale data pipelines;

• Solid SQL and data modeling fundamentals;

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments;

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable);

• Strong backend/system design mindset (performance, scalability, reliability);

• Ability to work independently and take ownership without micromanagement;

• Strong problem-solving skills in complex, ambiguous environments;

• English level: B2+ (C1 preferred);

We are looking for a trainee in Software Development who wants to grow into a Full Stack Developer. You should be a self-motivated person, eager to learn and apply modern technologies (including AI) to build real solutions for the company. You will work on internal tools, automations, and custom software across front-end and back-end: user interfaces, APIs, databases, integrations, and deployments.

You won’t know everything on day one, but you will learn quickly. Expect to contribute to real company projects within your first months. You will work closely with experienced developers and receive mentorship. Over time you should take ownership of small tasks and grow into an independent engineer. This is a long-term opportunity and a potential career path, not just an internship.
