    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and creating content for our social media channels
    • Creating and implementing content strategies across channels, analyzing performance, optimizing content, and preparing regular reports
    • Crafting clear, engaging stories across all formats and channels, using storytelling to connect with audiences externally
    • Coordinating and producing photo and video content (including team events and internal communications)
    • Ensuring high-quality communication in every piece of content — written, visual, or spoken, to represent our tone of voice consistently
    • Designing visual content aligned with the company’s brand guidelines in cooperation with the design team in Figma
    • Organizing webinars to highlight company expertise and supporting PR efforts through media collaboration.

     

    We’re looking for someone who has:

    • 2+ years of experience managing social media and creating marketing content in IT
    • Practical skills in graphic design and video editing
    • Strong attention to detail is a must
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
    • Strong self-organization skills and the ability to set clear priorities
    • A good sense of context, understanding the bigger picture and aligning communication with company goals, tone, and culture
    • Aesthetic vision and creative taste, an eye for visuals, tone, and overall style consistency
    • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple directions independently
    • Flexibility to adapt to feedback and changing priorities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Intermediate Strong/Upper Intermediate)
