    3. Risk & Project Health Management

    4. Team Coordination & Employee Engagement

    • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members and document outcomes
    • Prepare engagement and performance notes for Delivery Manager reviews
    • Run weekly internal sync meetings and ensure productive team communication
    • Coordinate with HR on team health, risks (burnout, conflicts, dissatisfaction), and retention actions

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Manage operational onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation
    • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, exhibits, letters, and client-requested documentation

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role from a tech company (international experience is a must)
    • Experience with HRIS systems (such as BambooHR) and Google Workspace
    • Understanding of general HR processes and benefits administration
    • Familiar with Ukrainian labor laws and regulations
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
