In this role, you will define and drive the Growth strategy within your ownership area, ensuring measurable revenue impact, sustainable improvement of unit economics, and experimentation maturity within your funnel cluster.
You will operate in a complex multi-product environment with multiple active funnels, different monetization logics, and varied traffic sources, requiring strong prioritization and strategic focus.
This is both a hands-on and leadership role: you will personally initiate and run experiments while also leading the Growth direction, coordinating the team, and driving revenue-focused decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Own the revenue performance of your funnel cluster from first screen to payment, with accountability for conversion, ARPU, LTV, and overall financial contribution to the Business Unit

• Influence Business Unit roadmap and prioritization through strong revenue-driven argumentation and financial impact modeling
• Lead and develop Growth specialists within your ownership area, distribute responsibilities, ensure execution quality, and foster a high-performing Growth sub-team
• Enhance perceived product value within the funnel via offer positioning, messaging, UX testing, and segmentation strategies
• Build and continuously improve a repeatable and scalable Growth framework within your ownership area

What we look for:

• 1+ year of experience in a Growth Lead or similar role - experience leading a Growth direction, managing a small Growth team, or owning a revenue-critical funnel area
• 3+ years of experience in Growth / CRO / Monetization Manager in B2C digital products
• Proven hands-on experience working with end-to-end WEB funnels (LP → signup → trial → payment)
• Strong experience in subscription-based B2C digital businesses

• Implement and maintain communication protocols (MAVLink over UDP/TCP)
   
• Integrate with PX4 or ArduPilot flight stacks and extend/customize C++ components when needed

You have

• Mandatory: production-level experience building software for drones/UAVs or robotic platforms
   
• Strong Python expertise (Asyncio, FastAPI/Flask, or similar frameworks)
   
• Solid C++ experience in robotics, real-time systems, or embedded development
   
• Practical experience with PX4 or ArduPilot flight stacks
   
• Hands-on experience with MAVLink protocol
   
• Strong understanding of UAV/robotics development workflows
   
• Experience working in Linux environments
   
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments

The Role

You will own the visual execution of:

• High-converting landing pages
• Paid social ads (static & performance-focused creative)
• Conversion-focused design systems
• Creative testing iterations

This is not a “brand designer” role.

This is for someone who understands performance marketing and knows that design decisions should drive CTR, CVR, and revenue — not just look good in a portfolio.

You will work closely with media buyers, copywriters, and CRO specialists to turn strategy into creative that scales.

What You’ll Own

• Design high-converting landing pages (Shopify / Webflow / Figma-first workflows)
• Create performance ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Rapidly iterate creative concepts based on data feedback
• Build modular design systems for faster testing cycles
• Collaborate with copywriters to translate hooks into scroll-stopping visuals
• Improve existing funnels through CRO-driven design updates
• Maintain visual consistency while prioritising conversion

You will have direct visibility into performance metrics — your work will be tied to results.

What We’re Looking For

Non-negotiable:

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Proven experience designing landing pages for ecommerce brands
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles (hooks, angles, conversion psychology)
• Experience designing paid social ads that were built for testing and scaling
• Mastery of Figma (non-negotiable)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience working in a performance marketing agency
• Understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing
• Familiarity with Shopify landing page structures
• Experience collaborating directly with media buyers
• Ability to think in offers, hooks, and customer psychology — not just visuals
