Toda Pay is an international fintech company operating in the digital payments and financial infrastructure space across multiple jurisdictions. We support high-growth payment operations with multi-currency transactions, crypto payments, and complex corporate structures.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance team and support core accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll processing, and coordination with external accountants and auditors across jurisdictions.
 

Position Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for executing core accounting and finance operations including payroll management, vendor invoice processing, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting support, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.
This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work with multi-currency and crypto transactions, and experience operating in a fast-paced fintech environment with multiple legal entities.
 

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management

• • Process monthly payroll for 50+ contractors across multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, crypto)
• • Extract payroll data from HRIS systems (PeopleForce) and prepare payroll registers
• • Calculate multi-currency conversions using approved FX rates
• • Process crypto payroll payments (wallet validation, network selection, fee calculations)
• • Coordinate with Treasury for payroll execution
• • Prepare payroll variance analysis (budget vs actual)

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• • Review and validate vendor invoices against contracts and purchase orders
• • Reconcile provider fees using invoices and system/API data exports
• • Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with providers
• • Obtain CFO approvals and submit invoices for payment scheduling
• • Maintain vendor master data in accounting systems

Month-End Close & Financial Reporting

• • Perform bank and wallet reconciliations
• • Record accruals for unpaid invoices, salaries, and expenses
• • Prepare adjusting journal entries
• • Support CFO in preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• • Ensure month-end close completion by the 5th of the following month
• • Prepare supporting schedules and management reporting analysis

Budgeting & Planning Support

• • Support CFO in annual budgeting process
• • Collect budget inputs from department heads
• • Consolidate departmental budgets into company-wide financial model
• • Prepare monthly budget vs actual analysis
• • Investigate and document variances exceeding thresholds (>10%)
• • Track budget reallocations and maintain audit trail

External Accountants & Auditors Coordination

• • Act as primary liaison with external accounting firms across jurisdictions
• • Provide monthly financial data for statutory reporting
• • Review statutory accounts prepared by external accountants
• • Coordinate annual audit process
• • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation (PBC lists)
• • Respond to auditor requests and track audit recommendations

Regulatory Compliance & Statutory Filings

Process Improvement & Documentation

• • Identify automation opportunities in accounting processes

Requirements
Education & Experience

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Investigate issues and identify root causes in collaboration with internal teams;
• Escalate critical incidents when necessary;
• Maintain clear internal records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions;
• Follow established operational procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement;
• Monitor payment method conversion across brands and identify drops in Approval Ratio;
• Analyze payment performance using analytics tools to determine causes of conversion decline;
• Manage granting access to BO and providers’ systems for internal departments.
   

Our Criteria:

• Solid understanding of payment systems, providers, and transaction flows;
• Experience in iGaming, Forex, Adult, or similar high-load industries will be a strong plus;
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in incident-driven and high-pressure situations;
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for operational outcomes;
• Experience with analytics tools and understanding of payment Approval Ratio metrics will be an advantage.

This role is designed for someone who is comfortable taking full ownership of Amazon operations. The focus is not aggressive scaling, it’s execution quality, profitability, and continuous optimization of an already strong product portfolio. You will work directly with the Founder, gain access to advanced Amazon frameworks and communities, and turn insights into measurable performance improvements.

🎯Mission of the role

As an Amazon Brand & Operations Manager, you will

🔸Own and continuously improve RYVE's Amazon operations and commercial performance

🔸Drive month-over-month gains across listings, inventory, promotions, and account health

🔸Contribute directly to sustainable profit growth through execution quality

🔸Inform product development with data, customer insights, and market feedback

You will

🔸Report directly to the Founder and CEO

🔸Work closely with the PPC management, graphic design, and product development teams

🔸Serve as the single point of accountability for all Amazon and marketplace operations

  ⚙️ What You'll Be Doing

🔹Own and manage listing optimization, keyword research, and CRO experiments, briefing the design team on asset improvements

🔹Maintain Seller Central operations, including account health, reimbursements, and troubleshooting

🔹Drive pricing strategy, manage deals, and run promotional campaigns

🔹Handle inventory and supply chain planning, i.e., forecasting, purchase orders, inbound shipments, and FBA stock levels

🔹Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and light automation

🔹Keep secondary marketplaces such as Etsy, Faire, and Shopify running smoothly with minimal maintenance

Experience and skills:

🔸3-5+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience at 7-figure revenue scale

🔸Full end-to-end ownership of listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and Seller Central

🔸Advanced Google Sheets skills i.e. forecasting and operational analysis

🔸Proficiency with Helium10, DataDive, or comparable tools

🔸English B2 (Upper Intermediate) 

It will be a plus if you have experience with: 

🔹Scale Insights or similar bid management tools

🔹Looker Studio or equivalent BI and dashboarding tools

🔹Gorgias or equivalent customer service platforms

🔹Sellerise, TrueOps, or similar reimbursement tools

🔹Listing experiments and CRO tests

🔹Advanced Amazon analytics stacks and automation workflows
