We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in managing performance campaigns and direct communication with clients.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance or growth-oriented roles.

• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, event setup, and analytics via GA4 + Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (technical and content-related).

• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities:

• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on performance, ROI, and conversion goals.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, including timelines, task coordination, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients: manage approvals, deliver performance reports, and gather actionable feedback.
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, including custom event tracking, DataLayer configuration, and GA4 integration.

Key tasks:

• Provide prompt and helpful support to clients via email and chat (no phone calls)
• Keep Help Center / Knowledge Base articles accurate and up to date
• Aim to resolve support tickets in one touch whenever possible
• Actively collaborate with team members to share insights and improve support processes

Your background:

• Understanding of network troubleshooting tools and techniques (e.g., browser DevTools)
• Ability to learn quickly and independently grasp new technical concepts
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data, identify tracking issues, and find solutions
• Ability to work in a small team / startup environment
• English skills (Intermediate strong or higher)

Will be a plus:

• Previous experience in technical support or a similar client-facing technical role
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or similar project/documentation tools
