    Requirements

    • 6+ years of development experience using Delphi, proficient level
    • practical experience with SQL, MS SQL
    • C# – desired
    • English for verbal and written communication with the client
    • Ability to work in a split team (client + offshore team), work out constructively on questions and impediments in the regular work
    • Advanced debugging and profiling skills (madExcept/EurekaLog, FastMM, AQTime).
    • Proven experience in identifying and resolving memory leaks and concurrency issues.
    • Deep understanding of COM/DCOM architecture, ActiveX, and OLE Automation.
    • Proven ability to maintain, refactor, and modernize large-scale legacy codebases.
    • Proficient approach to design and code, dedication to quality and product development
    • Degree in Computer Science or Maths or equivalent

       

    Job responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced and mature Delphi developer, whose main responsibilities would be:

    • Working with the existing team on the task decomposition and assignment
    • Ongoing feature development and maintenance of Delphi platform
    • Produce documentation where needed (architectural diagrams, specific areas coverage – only essential)
    • Communicate with the client team in day-to-day work process

    We plan to give Delphi developers opportunity to gain knowledge in new stack in scope of project activities. New apps will be developer with C# / .NET technology on the back-end and Angular in the front-end.
