About the Role

As a Python Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing automation solutions across the client’s fintech operations.
This role focuses on software-driven process automation using Python, Playwright (nice to have) and UiPath, as well as working with a custom RPA tooling built by the client.

You will analyze processes, build automation scripts, integrate with APIs, data sources, and financial systems, and contribute to the scalability and reliability of mission-critical workflows such as payment reconciliation, KYC/AML verification, and transaction monitoring.

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities with measurable ROI.

We are looking for a motivated Junior SERM Specialist with an SEO background to help manage and protect our brand’s online reputation. You’ll be responsible for monitoring search results, suppressing negative content, and promoting positive narratives through data-driven SEO strategies.

We are looking for candidates located in the European time zone (CET ±1) to ensure smooth collaboration.

What we expect:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO & SERM.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Ads
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (written and spoken), fluent Ukrainian or Russian.
• Foundational knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO and how it applies to reputation management.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Ability to analyze SERPs and identify competitor strategies.
• Understanding of PPC (Google Ads) to identify and mitigate unwanted or infringing advertisements.
• Understanding of Brand Protection processes: filing complaints for Trademark violations, Copyright infringement (DMCA), and phishing.
• Technical ability to identify hosting providers and domain registrars to send official Abuse Reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Track brand mentions and monitor changes in search engine results.
• File complaints in Google Ads against competitors for trademark infringement or unfair advertising.
• Submit reports for Trademark/Copyright violations and phishing to hosting providers and registrars.
• Execute strategies to displace negative search results with positive brand content.
• Coordinate with webmasters and platforms to remove or update misleading information.
• Prepare regular reports on reputation KPIs and the effectiveness of brand protection efforts.
