We’ve been operating in the crypto industry for over 10 years, building long-term teams and sustainable processes. Now we’re looking for a CFO who can take full ownership of the financial and legal function in a crypto business — from daily liquidity control to building structures that can withstand audits, regulators, and rapid growth.

This role is hands-on and strategic at the same time. You’ll work closely with the CEO, shareholders, Compliance, Product, and Operations, and will be responsible for the financial stability and transparency of the entire group.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Take ownership of the financial and legal function across the group of crypto companies.

    • Prepare and oversee management reporting for leadership and shareholders.
    • Control and optimize cost structure.
    • Manage the group legal structure (opening and closing entities, financial reporting).
    • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations on financial topics.
    • Support licensing and regulatory processes from the financial side.
    • Manage and develop the finance & legal team (5–10 people).

    • Experience in fintech, crypto projects, exchanges or PSPs.
    • Strong understanding of how a crypto exchange operates
    • Ability to analyze and reconcile on-chain transactions with internal reports and accounting.
    • Practical experience dealing with incidents: stuck transactions, balance discrepancies, delayed withdrawals, cross-chain issues.
    • Solid background in treasury management (fiat & crypto): liquidity, reserves, risk of blockages.
    • Experience working with complex multi-entity legal structures, including offshore jurisdictions.
    • Understanding of tax and legal structuring principles.
    • Proven people management experience (5–10 team members).
    • Experience building or improving finance processes: treasury, controlling, management reporting.

Soft skills that really matter here:

    • Hands-on mindset.
    • Team player and people leader.
    • Ability to hold people accountable for results.
    • Strategic thinking and ownership mindset.

Drones kill and injure over 5,000 Ukrainians every month. Munin exists to stop that. We are building hand-launched micro-missiles to intercept small drones at short range. Small enough to carry three in a vest and cheap enough for wide use, this will be the smallest, most cost-effective guided missile ever deployed.

We work from a test site in Oslo, UK and in Kyiv, directly with Ukrainian brigades. Our goal is to turn the tide of war and give NATO a proven soldier-level counter-drone solution.

We are hiring a Computer Vision Engineer to join our founding team.

You will lead the design and development of the missile’s electronics system, from ideas to field tests and production. You will own the architecture, guide component selection, and drive integration while staying hands-on through bring-up, testing, and iteration.

    Responsibilities

    • Design system architecture and lead electronics development

    • Select and integrate sensors, processors, power systems, and actuators

    • Design PCBs

    • Develop test plans for live environments and build test rigs

    • Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure reliable, testable systems

    Requirements

    • Experience with embedded or mechatronic system design

    • Strong PCB design and debugging skills

    • Skilled in sensor integration and power management

    • Able to balance high-level design with hands-on execution

    • Willing to work from Oslo, UK or Kyiv

    Bonus

    • Aerospace or computer vision experience
    • Knowledge of control systems or autonomy
    • FPGA programming experience

    Why Munin

    • Impact: Build tech that saves lives

    • Ownership: Lead seeker development for a new missile category

    • Team: Join a mission-driven group from Stanford, Imperial, Rheinmetall, and special forces

    • Benefits: Salary, 0–3% equity, housing, travel, and training support

This is not a research role. We are flying real hardware fast. If you are ready to build something that matters, apply.

    Reporting to: Founders
Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission + KPI-linked equity vesting

    About US:

Founded in 2019, we build augmented nearshore engineering teams and delivers end-to-end solution ownership for EU and US clients.
We combine senior engineering talent in Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine with transparent delivery, strong product engineering practices, and a pragmatic, founder-led culture.

We’re entering a significant growth phase and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Lead to help scale our commercial engine.

    The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with the founders.
You’ll own full-cycle sales, shape go-to-market strategy, and—once repeatability is proven—build and lead sales, marketing, and pre-sales functions.

This is not a presentation-only role. It’s about closing deals, building momentum, and creating a scalable revenue system—with meaningful upside.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own pipeline and revenue for nearshore teams and solution delivery services across EU and US markets
    • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, and close
    • Build partner and channel motions where relevant (ISVs, consultancies, cloud partners)
    • Collaborate closely with delivery leaders to create credible estimates, roadmaps, and SOWs
    • Set up and refine CRM, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decisions
    • Define positioning, pricing, and sales collateral together with marketing; ensure strong message–market fit
    • Establish reference customers and case studies; systematize win/loss feedback loops
    • Hire, mentor, and lead a small BD / marketing / pre-sales team as growth milestones are reached

    What Success Looks Like

    First 90 days

    • Clear ICP definition and messaging
    • Active outbound sequences live
    • ≥3× pipeline coverage on first-quarter target
    • Predictable forecasting cadence in place

    After 6 months

    • Repeatable proposal and SOW templates
    • At least two new clients closed
    • Partner pipeline launched

    After 12 months

    • Sustainable 3–4× pipeline coverage
    • Healthy win rate and predictable revenue
    • First commercial hires onboarded
    • Revenue growth tracking to plan

    What You Bring

    • 3–6 years of experience selling software outsourcing, nearshore, or custom product engineering services
    • Proven track record of quota attainment and closing complex, multi-stakeholder service deals
    • Strong network among EU and/or US buyers (Product, Engineering, CTO, Procurement)
    • Deep consultative selling skills: uncovering business pain, shaping solutions, and negotiating commercial terms
    • Experience working closely with delivery and engineering teams on pricing and deal structures (T&M, dedicated teams, fixed scope)
    • Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in adtech, data & analytics, fintech, SaaS, MarTech, or cloud modernization
    • Background in building early GTM playbooks (ICP, sequences, collateral, KPIs)
    • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce, proposal automation, and RFP/RFI processes

Our client is developing a payments infrastructure that allows consumers to pay and receive funds using different types of digital assets. Although a significant volume of tokenized value exists today, much of it cannot be easily used for everyday transactions.

The product addresses this gap by enabling reliable and practical digital asset payments. It combines a robust orchestration layer with a consumer-facing application, making it possible to unlock liquidity and support real-world usage at scale.

The client is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) with a strong background in developing modern web applications and scalable backend systems. In this role, the engineer will contribute to the design, development, and ongoing support of core platform components, including the implementation of Web3-related functionality such as wallet integrations, transaction signing flows, and interactions between on-chain and off-chain systems. The candidate will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams spread across North America, Europe and India.

    Requirements:
    — 5-7+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, comfortable owning systems end-to-end.
    — Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks, such as wallet connectivity/integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs and indexing, and/or on-chain/off-chain payment & settlement flows.
    — Familiar with DeFi primitives (e.g., DEXs, swaps, lending, trading platforms) and how they work in real systems.
    — Experience with some combination of:
    — Modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux)
    — Backend services and APIs (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar)
    — Smart contracts and on-chain interactions (e.g., Solidity)
    — Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle (signing, submission, execution) and a security-first mindset when designing Web3 systems.
    — Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance).
    — Frontend-leaning or backend-leaning profiles are welcome, as long as you have shipped Web3-enabled systems in production and want to expand your scope over time.

    Responsibilities:
    — Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale.
    — Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components (with depth aligned to your strengths).
    — Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration.
    — Partner closely with product, design, and external teams to turn ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.
    — Improve system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components.
    — Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, architecture reviews, and technical direction.
