Jobs at Djinni

About us: Farsight Vision converts flight footage into digital 2D and 3D twins for real-time intelligence in GNSS-denied environment, making analytics and situational awareness convenient and accessible while saving time and effort. We create multi-layered digital twins of terrain with dynamic tracking and object/landscape monitoring and predicting. We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who treats customer success as a personal responsibility. This role is for someone who genuinely cares about users, takes ownership of problems end-to-end, and consistently gets things done. You will work closely with clients, product, and internal teams to ensure our platform delivers real value in critical use cases. This is not a ticket-processing role - it’s about understanding context, anticipating issues, and proactively helping customers succeed.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations (flexible for less, if you have real cases and strong motivation to make up for it).
- Solid understanding of the B2B sales and client-success cycle: lead, demo, contract, onboarding, renewal.
-Strong written and verbal communication – able to explain complex things simply and, just as important, able to listen.
- Proactive by default: you see what needs to happen and do it, without being told twice.
- Able to run multiple accounts and competing priorities at once without letting quality slip.
- Willing to travel across Ukraine and work outside standard hours when the situation calls for it – if motivation to support the Defense Forces is real, it shows up here, not just in the interview.
- Basic working experience with CRM tools, commercial proposals, and contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full client lifecycle for assigned units: inbound request → product demo → contract signed → onboarding → active use → expanded use → license renewal.
- Visit assigned units in the field one to two times a month, building direct relationships with the people who actually use the product, not just the people who signed for it.
- Own account health end-to-end – track engagement, catch risk signals early, and escalate before a renewal is in danger, not after.
- Draft commercial proposals and contracts, and keep account documentation current in the CRM.
- Run onboarding for new units and train users hands-on until the product is actually part of how they work.
- Тurn field feedback into structured input for product and R&D – conclusions, not raw complaints, so the same lesson doesn't get relearned from scratch every quarter. * Represent Farsight Vision at defense-tech events and industry gatherings.

Would be a plus:
- Experience with technical or complex B2B products
- Experience in defense/miltech
- Understanding of the structure of Ukraine's Defense Forces, or prior experience working with military units or volunteer organizations
- Experience with defense-tech procurement, export controls, or military testing/certification processes
-  English is not a hard requirement for this role, though comfort reading internal materials in English is a plus

 Working terms
Security Eligibility:
Our products are actively used by the Armed Forces in live operations. As an Estonian-Ukrainian defence technology company handling sensitive operational data, we have a responsibility – legal, ethical, and practical – to ensure the integrity of everyone on our team.

All candidates must be able to confirm the following:
-  Neither you nor your close relatives (parents, spouse, siblings, children) reside in Russia, Belarus, or temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories
- You have no regular personal, financial, business, or professional contact with individuals in those territories
- You consent to a deeper security verification if the process advances to later stages If any of the above criteria are not met, please do not proceed with your application

Application Process:
 1. Apply with your CV and a brief cover letter explaining your interest and relevant experience.
2. Walk us through how you would handle a unit that went silent three weeks into onboarding – what would you check, who would you call?
3. Interview with the Head of Account Management&Customer Support and relevant stakeholders.

Who we are
We’re a Ukrainian product company that has built database tools, connectivity solutions, and data services since 1997. More than 500,000 customers in 120 countries use our products, including Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and Intel. We help data professionals and teams spend less time on routine data work.

Product that needs your engagement
Skyvia is a no-code cloud platform for data integration, backup, automation and connectivity, with 200+ connectors to cloud apps, databases and data warehouses.

Your future team of professionals
You’ll join Skyvia’s marketing team and report to the Product Marketing Lead. Day-to-day, you’ll work with product marketers, the content and design teams, SEO, and brand & communications. You’ll also work with the product team on anything that touches connectors. Our partner and marketplace processes are already documented in Confluence, so you won’t be starting from scratch.

The role
You’ll own the channels where customers find Skyvia inside other products: app marketplaces, integration directories and partners’ websites. The job is to get Skyvia listed in more of them, keep every listing accurate and tracked, and turn technology partnerships into co-marketing that brings new sign-ups. You’ll also help our developers get the accounts and API access they need from partners.

What you’ll do

• Get Skyvia listed on new marketplaces and integration directories
• Write and optimize listings with the content and design teams: copy, visuals, keywords, categories
• Update listings with every release: new connectors and features
• Set up tracking on every listing and report monthly on placements, traffic and sign-ups
• Collect customer reviews on marketplace listings
• Manage our developer and partner accounts, and get the test accounts, extra API scopes and access the product team needs to build new connectors and maintain existing ones
• Build relationships with technology partners and run joint marketing campaigns
• Reply to partners and follow up on time, and keep partner and listing status current in Confluence

What success looks like

• Every listing is current, on-brand, and tracked through to sign-up
• Skyvia is live on new marketplaces
• You run co-marketing campaigns with technology partners every quarter
• Sign-ups from marketplaces grow month over month

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years at a B2B SaaS or IT company in partnerships, marketplaces, channel, or marketing
• Hands-on experience publishing or managing a product listing on at least one app marketplace
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. You’ll write listing copy and work with partners by email and on calls
• Marketing basics: UTMs, conversion rates, and at least one campaign you ran from start to finish
• Experience with CRM systems, partner portals and admin panels
• Confident use of AI tools for research and drafting
• Comfort with technical products and with talking to a partner’s developers: you understand how integrations and API access work, though you don’t need to code
• Organized and self-driven: you keep many listings and partner threads moving without dropping a follow-up

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a B2B data or integration product
• Technical background, or experience with technology partner programs

Benefits you get

Maintain your work-life balance

• Manage your own working hours with our flexible schedule
• 19 days of annual vacation granted on a pro-rata basis

• Medical insurance from one of the top insurance companies in Ukraine with a wide range of included services, as well as special programs for relatives; and special options for those who live abroad.
• 15 working days of sick leave per year — because your health is a priority.
