Main responsibilities:

• Actively participating in closing vacancies (Gamedev);
• Sourcing candidates across various platforms;
• Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews;
• Building and maintaining communication with candidates;
• Managing the candidate database in a CRM system;

• Working with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.

We are looking for a skilled In-App Media Buyer to strengthen our acquisition team and scale high-performing ad campaigns in the iGaming space. If you're analytical, proactive, and experienced with mobile ad networks — we want to hear from you.

🔧 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience running in-app traffic in the iGaming vertical
• Hands-on experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
• Strong working knowledge of platforms like Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, Mintegral, Liftoff, Moloco, and others
• A proactive mindset and strategic approach to user acquisition
• Comfortable managing large advertising budgets
• Proven successful campaigns launched within the past 3 months
• Ability to react quickly and adapt strategies based on performance
• Solid understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools

Responsibilities:

• Develop and test hypotheses to improve campaign efficiency
• Launch new ad campaigns and scale profitable ones
• Work closely with the creative team to test new concepts and formats
• Perform regular A/B tests, analyze performance, and optimize key metrics
