We already have a working production system and existing ML models operating on 3D dental data (STL files). The challenge is not to build everything from scratch, but to understand, improve, retrain, and evolve an existing ML stack as the product enters a new MVP phase.
The original development team is no longer available, and we are now simplifying and refocusing the product. This role is about turning an existing, complex ML system into a clean, reliable, and extensible AI foundation that can support a scalable orthodontic product.
You will work directly with the founder and a small senior engineering team. Decisions are fast, communication is direct, and your technical judgement will directly shape both the product and the AI roadmap.
This is not a Kaggle-style research role.
This is real production ML on 3D medical data, with business and clinical impact.
What you will work on
- Taking ownership of existing ML models used for orthodontic / dental analysis
- Understanding, retraining, fine-tuning, and improving current models
- Modifying or extending model architectures when needed
- Potentially designing and training new models when existing ones no longer fit the product
- Working with STL files and 3D dental geometry as model inputs
- Collaborating closely with backend engineers to integrate models into production pipelines
- Ensuring models are stable, reproducible, and production-ready
What we are looking for
- Strong experience as an ML Engineer in production systems
- Ability to read, understand, and modify existing ML codebases
- Experience training, fine-tuning, and validating models (not just using pretrained ones)
- Solid Python + ML stack (PyTorch / TensorFlow or similar)
- Comfort working with geometric, spatial, or 3D data
- Ability to reason about trade-offs between model accuracy, performance, and engineering constraints
Domain-specific requirements
- Experience working with STL files or 3D mesh data
- Understanding of 3D geometry, point clouds, meshes, or surface models
- Familiarity with dental / orthodontic software (e.g. 3Shape, or similar) is a strong plus
Nice to have
- Experience with medical, dental, CAD, or 3D scanning data
- Experience deploying ML models into backend systems (APIs, pipelines, batch jobs)
- AWS or cloud experience
- Interest in building end-to-end AI products, not just isolated models
This role is for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of ML, 3D geometry, and real-world medical applications β and who wants to have a real influence on how an AI-driven product is rebuilt and scaled at a critical stage.

Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy - full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. Weβre the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and weβre accelerating.Role overview
Weβre hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Liquidity Squad and make sure every lead we generate is sold within 24 hours. You will own liquidity as a system - from product mechanics and pricing to buyer behavior and conversion flow. This role exists because liquidity is the core engine of our marketplace revenue, and we want it predictable, scalable, and fast.π§ What Youβll Be Doing:
- Own the key squad KPI - % of leads sold within 24 hours - and drive it up week over week
- Build and execute a roadmap focused on speed and measurable impact, not βnice-to-haveβ improvements
- Improve lead packaging and trust signals to increase buyer confidence and purchase conversion
- Optimize the buying experience end-to-end - funnel, UX, checkout, and repeat purchase behavior
- Run high-velocity experiments - hypothesis, test, learn, scale or kill - with clear metrics
- Partner daily with Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success to remove friction and increase liquidity
- Apply AI and automation to scale liquidity - demand prediction, routing, pricing logic, and nudges
β What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience (Senior PM / Lead PM level)
- Strong background in marketplaces, transactional products, or growth-heavy SaaS
- Proven ability to move core business metrics like conversion, retention, revenue, or liquidity
- Deep understanding of supply and demand balance, liquidity mechanics, and unit economics
- Strong product analytics skills - you make decisions based on data, not opinions
- Ability to execute fast, take ownership, and make hard trade-offs without waiting for permission
- English level strong enough for daily async communication, product documentation, and calls
β Bonus if you have:
- Experience with dynamic pricing, marketplace routing, or inventory monetization systems
- Strong experimentation background (A/B testing frameworks, rapid iteration loops)
- Experience using AI for product automation and decision-making support
- Experience building trust systems (quality scoring, fraud prevention, transparency signals)
- Background in high-tempo companies where speed is a core operating principle
π Why Youβll Love It Here:
- Youβll work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where data drives every decision
- Your work will ship fast and impact thousands of users
- High autonomy, low bureaucracy: we trust you to own your domain
- Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication
- Salary (fixed base) ABOVE the market average
- A smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff
- 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually
- Paid access to courses, books, and growth resources
- Real decision-making power and ownership of your results
More - Own the key squad KPI - % of leads sold within 24 hours - and drive it up week over week

Weβre the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and weβre accelerating.Role overview
Weβre hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Loyalty Squad - the team responsible for keeping buyers with us and reducing churn in the first 90 days. You will own the retention system: why customers stay, buy again, and get real results through the product. This role exists to turn the first 90 days from a risk zone into predictable LTV growth and repeat revenue.π§ What Youβll Be Doing:
- Own the squadβs core metrics - 90-day churn, retention, repeat purchase rate, FPM adoption, and LTV
- Build and ship product mechanisms that keep buyers engaged and reduce churn in the first 30-90 days
- Drive FPM adoption through product - onboarding, in-product guidance, usage scenarios, and value delivery
- Identify real churn reasons through data and customer insights and solve them with product changes (not manual βsupport hacksβ)
- Build a roadmap focused on impact - fast releases, experiments, and measurable results
- Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Customer Success, and Sales to make retention part of the system, not hero work
- Use AI and automation to scale loyalty - personalization, triggers, smart recommendations, and churn-prevention flows
β What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience (Senior PM / Lead PM level)
- Strong background in retention / churn reduction / lifecycle product in SaaS or marketplaces
- Proven ability to move key metrics - retention, churn, LTV, repeat purchases, activation

β Bonus if you have:
- Experience building anti-churn systems for the first 30-90 days after purchase
- Experience driving adoption via product onboarding (guides, checklists, triggers)
- Understanding of B2B retention and βvalue enforcementβ mechanics
- Experience implementing AI/automation for personalization and retention
- Experience in high-tempo teams where speed matters more than perfection
