Requirements: 

• 5 years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer and at least 1 year experience in practical development of DevOps Architecture 
• High Proficiency in GCP 
• Proven Experience with GKE 
• Proven Experience with CI/CD tools, IAAS as a Code. 
• Good understanding of infrastructure related components and protocols – Networking, Security, Virtualization 
• Git usage skills and branching strategies understanding 
• English: Upper-intermediate+

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive our sales operations and lead our growth in the US market. This is a key leadership position for a seasoned professional who understands the complete sales cycle and can deliver results in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Must-Have Requirements

Experience & Expertise:

• Sales professional with proven track record in SaaS sales
• Direct experience selling in or to American companies
• Deep understanding of sales systems, methodologies, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage complete sales pipelines

Language Skills:

• C1 English proficiency (Advanced/Fluent level)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently lead calls, presentations, and negotiations with US clients

Core Competencies:

• Crystal-clear communication style - able to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals effectively
• Strong strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
• Proficiency in English, at least B2 level.
• Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and system automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
• Ability to customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work from 16.00 till 1.00 (Kyiv Time)

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to workflow automation, process optimization, and data management.
• Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, implementing new features and functionality as appropriate.
