ОЩАДБАНК запрошує до команди Senior ML Engineer

Ключові завдання:

• розробка, тренування та валідація ML/DL моделей для ключових банківських юзкейсів;
• побудова та оптимізація feature engineering пайплайнів для великих табличних даних та неструктурованих документів;
• налаштування гіперпараметричного пошуку (Optuna / Ray Tune), reproducible експериментів;
• підготовка моделей до production: оптимізація inference, форматування (ONNX/torchscript), інтеграція з MLOps;
• участь у проектуванні та реалізації пайплайнів моніторингу, drift detection, retraining;
• співпраця з Data Engineers (data pipelines, feature store) та DevOps (CI/CD, інфраструктура);
• менторинг ML- та DS-команди, участь у code review, написання технічної документації.

Технічні вимоги:

1. Machine Learning & Deep Learning:

• 5+ років досвіду в ML/DL, з них 2+ роки в production;
• PyTorch: побудова моделей, custom layers/losses, базовий distributed training;
• практичний досвід з XGBoost / CatBoost / LightGBM у продакшені;
• feature engineering та feature selection для high-dimensional табличних даних;
• hyperparameter optimization (Optuna, Ray Tune);
• базовий досвід у model monitoring, drift detection, retraining.

2. MLOps & Infrastructure (на рівні впевненої співпраці):

• розуміння Docker/Kubernetes для контейнеризації та оркестрації ML-сервісів;
• досвід роботи з CI/CD для ML (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins);
• знання інструментів model versioning та experiment tracking (MLflow, DVC, W&B);
• бажано: досвід з feature store (Feast / аналоги), model serving (TorchServe, Triton, ONNX Runtime);
• cloud або on-prem ML стек (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI чи внутрішні рішення).

3. Software Engineering:

• Python 3.10+ (strong level): типізація, модульна архітектура, чистий код;
• REST API (FastAPI), Pydantic, базовий асинхронний стек (asyncio / aiohttp);
• робота з SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) та NoSQL/columnar (MongoDB, ClickHouse);
• Git, code review, unit/integration тести (pytest / unittest).

4. Production & Performance:

• розуміння оптимізації моделей: quantization, pruning, distillation (як плюс);
• Trade-offs batch vs real-time inference, latency / throughput / cost;
• базовий досвід з distributed training (PyTorch DDP / Horovod);
• моніторинг та логування (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK або аналоги).

Банківська специфіка

1. Regulatory & Compliance:

• практичний досвід explainability (SHAP, LIME, feature importance);
• участь у процесах model validation / model risk management (backtesting, stability).

2. Banking Use Cases (досвід хоча б з 2–3):

• Credit scoring / credit risk;
• Fraud detection (онлайн/near real-time);
• AML / KYC;
• Churn prediction, next-best-offer / next-best-action;
• Collections / стратегії стягнення;
• Credit Memo.

3. Data Security:

• робота з PII, анонімізація/маскування;
• розуміння secure deployment, шифрування, доступи (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC — як плюс).

Soft Skills & Leadership

• досвід роботи у cross-functional командах (DS, DevOps, Risk, Business);
• менторинг junior/middle ML/DS спеціалістів;
