Role Overview:
Our partner (headquartered in US, New York, NY) is looking for an innovative agent focused engineer to expand product agent back‑end so new automations can be shipped every week.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration systems, managing agent interactions, control transfers, and task coordination across specialized agents (planner, email analyzer, search, etc.)

Requirements

The Core Skills:

• Extensive experience in software engineering in a commercial environment (minimum of 10 years), with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex, large-scale distributed systems in a high growth environment.
• Deep expertise in Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency with relational databases, including PostgreSQL and/or MSSQL, with a solid understanding of data modelling and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers and event-driven architectures, specifically with Apache Kafka.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms, with a strong preference for AWS. You should be comfortable with core services like ECS/Fargate, S3, and RDS.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think abstractly and translate business requirements into a robust technical vision.
• Good communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and mentor other engineers.

Your Role:
As a Support Engineer (Line 3), you’ll be responsible for investigating issues deeply within logs, databases, and backend processes, providing fixes, and supporting stable product operation across multiple markets.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Analyzing issues based on logs, database data, and system processes
• Investigating complex technical incidents escalated from Line 2 support
• Providing bug fixing for production issues
• Collaborating with developers to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Writing technical documentation for known issues and their resolution paths
• Participating in post-mortem analysis to prevent recurring problems
