At HRAVITY, we deliver technical recruitment services to startups and product companies worldwide. Since 2011, we have helped businesses hire exceptional engineering talent, scale distributed teams, and establish offshore R&D operations in Eastern Europe. From individual contributors to entire engineering functions, we support companies at different stages of growth and hiring maturity.

We value building strong relationships with our clients and becoming a trusted partner, understanding our clients’ businesses and needs rather than being just another cold vendor. We take the same approach in our sales process, focusing on building genuine relationships and nurturing them over time instead of relying solely on high-volume cold outreach.

At the moment, we’re building a team to develop our revenue operations process.

⸻

What we’re creating

An ABM growth engine to identify our target customers, know them, and track their activities and changes. Constantly communicate (in a wide sense) with decision-makers via various channels. Always be thoughtful, timely, relevant, bring value, and build a trustful customer journey.

A process that is always measurable, repeatable, and constantly improving.

⸻

Who we’re looking for

We’re much more interested in how you think than in your exact title or years of experience.

You might come from RevOps, Sales Ops, Lead Generation, Growth, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or another adjacent field.

You’ll work directly with leadership to help build the systems, processes, automations, and outbound motions behind that vision.

Your background:

• Cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, both manually and with the help of messaging automation tools.
• Inbound marketing background using the LinkedIn Ads platform, Google Ads, etc.
• Tools integration via direct connectors, APIs, and automation engines.
• Using and building AI agents for process management, handling tasks, and writing messages.

• Architectural experience in building systems more complex than a sequencer.

Your skills:

• Good command of English.
• Great understanding of business processes and the value revenue operations bring to the business and its customers.
• Great copywriting skills, both with and without AI assistance.
• Strong self-management skills and a high level of ownership.
• Confidence working with data, testing hypotheses, and measuring outcomes.

• Curiosity about AI, automation, and new technologies, with a willingness to experiment and learn.

Your goal:

• Manage daily outbound and revenue operations workflows.
• Automate repetitive processes and maintain existing automations.
• Build reporting that clearly shows pipeline activity and results.
• Keep CRM and data systems accurate and up to date.
• Nurture target accounts through relevant and timely communication.
• Build a scalable and measurable ABM process.

• Increase the volume of qualified conversations with target customers.

Your basic working cycle:

• Act as a lead generation specialist handling daily routines (with automation in mind).
• Define routine areas that can be automated and identify automation tasks.
• Oversee automation development and test solutions after delivery.
• Maintain automations.
• Employ automation as part of the daily routine and move on to the next stage.

We don’t expect you to have all the answers on day one.

We do expect you to be excited about figuring them out.

⸻

Tools

Our current operational hub is Notion.

We’re actively building and expanding our stack and expect this role to help shape it.

Experience with tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar platforms is a strong plus.

⸻

What are the working conditions

• Remote-first setup with flexible working hours and unlimited paid time off
• Collaborative team, flat structure, and minimal bureaucracy
• Full coverage of taxes, work-related expenses, and everything needed to do your job well
• Competitive compensation with a strong performance-based bonus
• Health insurance, gym membership, and other benefits

• Dedicated annual budget for learning, courses, conferences, and professional development

If you’re excited by the idea of building systems, experimenting with new approaches, and having a direct impact on how a company grows, we’d love to hear from you.

TimelinesAI is hiring a Retention & Churn Owner: one AI-first operator who owns churn of paying customers and runs the loop every day. This is a full-time, fully remote role.

🚀 About TimelinesAI

TimelinesAI is a B2B SaaS that connects WhatsApp to CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and others) and to AI tools through MCP. About 2,800 paying SMB customers worldwide, most of them self-serve (PLG).

🎯 The problem

Churn is the biggest lever on our growth right now. A large share of it is failed payments, and our recovery flows broke twice this year before anyone noticed. We already have the data and the agents. What's missing is one person who owns the number and runs the loop every day.

🛠️ What's already built (you don't start from zero)

• An internal agentic CRM. It puts billing, product usage, support and call data on one card per customer, and it has an MCP server you can query from Claude Code.
• Hourly at-risk lists with the money at stake: cancellation booked, payment failed, WhatsApp disconnected, stopped using the app.
• A churn agent that looks into each account, gives a verdict and drafts a letter. A second agent fact-checks the letter, and a person decides whether to send it.
• A 10% control group that never gets contacted, so every action is measured against doing nothing.
• All rules live in GitHub. You change a rule through a pull request.

📌 What you'll own

1. Failed payments, first. Make sure every failed invoice reaches the recovery flow (Stripe + Churnkey), and check every week that the campaigns are actually firing. Build a same-day track for bigger accounts across email, SMS, in-app chat and WhatsApp.
2. Booked cancellations. Every one gets a decision within 24 hours, and you reach out to the ones worth saving.
3. Talking to customers. Get on calls and WhatsApp chats with at-risk and recently churned customers, find out what really happened, and save the ones that can be saved. Large accounts go to sales with full context.
4. Win-back and reconnect. Bring back customers who left, plus customers who still pay but whose WhatsApp went dark.
5. Better agents. When a letter is wrong, fix the rule behind it (prompt, template or threshold), not just that one letter. The aim is to safely move small accounts to automatic sending.
6. Root causes. Each month, report the top 3 churn reasons in dollars to the product team, with customer quotes.
7. A weekly written update with your numbers.

📈 Targets for your first 3 months

• Churned MRR down about 20%
• Failed-payment recovery back to at least our 2025 level and above the control group
• 100% of booked cancellations decided within 24 hours
• Every at-risk account paying $300+/month has a named person within 1 working day

🧠 You'll fit if you

• Run AI workflows yourself every day (Claude Code or Codex, MCP, agents, n8n/Make, scripts) and can show us real examples.
• Have owned retention, churn or customer success in B2B SaaS, ideally self-serve with SMB customers, and know your numbers: churned MRR, recovery rate, save rate.
• Enjoy talking to people. An unhappy customer on a call doesn't scare you, and you'd rather pick up the phone than send a fourth email.
• Are comfortable with data: cohorts, SQL/PostHog-level questions, control groups. You check a number before you trust it.
• Write clearly and briefly in English.

💡 Nice to have: Portuguese or Spanish; Stripe dunning, Churnkey, Intercom or Customer.io; working in GitHub with pull requests.

Not a fit: agency backgrounds; people who mainly want to manage others; strategy decks without hands-on execution.

🧪 How we hire

• Screening questions: a real AI workflow and a real customer conversation, in your own words.
• Short call.
• Paid pilot of about 10 hours on a real slice of our at-risk queue.

🌎 How we work

• Full-time, fully remote, async-first; some overlap with CET working hours.
• You report to the founder and work daily with support, sales and product, with a weekly 1-hour sync.
• AI-native team: every function here is being rebuilt around agents.

• Understanding of high-risk market specifics and egulatory constraints
• ISO 8583 / ISO 20022
• Knowledge of financial messaging protocols
• Rolling Reserves & Dispute Management
• Hands-on experience describing and automating these processes
• Platform Migration Experience

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join the Access & Authorization platform full-time. This is protocol-level, performance-critical systems work — you will be building the mandatory enforcement sidecar for the ABAC platform: a per-pod, request-path component that performs authorization checks at the level of tenant, endpoint, row, and field. This is not CRUD or framework work — we are looking for a systems engineer, not a typical enterprise Java developer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and own the ABAC enforcement sidecar — a performance-critical component sitting in the request path of all services
• Implement four-layer authorization checks: tenant isolation, endpoint access, row-level filtering, and field-masking
• Stream and rewrite JSON response bodies at the token level with near-zero allocation overhead
• Maintain a local decision cache and integrate with a central Decision API
• Own the HTTP layer end-to-end — including conformance, edge cases, and adversarial scenarios
• Ensure fail-closed semantics — the component must deny by default when the policy engine is unavailable
• Write adversarial tests: malformed requests, mid-stream drops, slow clients, header edge cases

What we expect from you:

• Java 21+ without a framework — vanilla Java only; Spring or DI dependency is a disqualifier for this role
• GraalVM native image shipped to production — not experimented with; understands closed-world constraints, reflection config, build-time vs run-time init
• HTTP protocol internals — can implement and reason at spec level: chunked transfer, keep-alive, streaming without buffering full bodies, backpressure, connection handling
• Jackson streaming API (JsonParser/JsonGenerator) — token-level processing, not databind; able to apply field-masks with flat allocation
• Performance engineering with real numbers — has owned a latency SLA (p99, percentiles, RPS); measures before tuning using JMH, async-profiler, allocation profiling
• Caching and invalidation reasoning — understands the decision-cache triangle: hit latency vs revocation latency vs TTL, negative caching, stampede protection
• AuthZ fundamentals and fail-closed semantics — understands PDP/PEP separation, deny-overrides, tenant isolation; knows the sidecar applies decisions, not computes policy
• Minimal-dependency mindset — solves with the JDK first; can articulate the real cost of adding a library in a native-image context

Will be a plus:

• Netty — used at the channel/pipeline level
• Service mesh / sidecar patterns — Envoy, ext_authz, Istio, Dapr
• Authorization engines — OPA/Rego, Cedar, Zanzibar-style systems, Oso
• GCP stack — Pub/Sub, Memorystore/Redis, BigQuery
• Kubernetes — sidecar injection, resource limits, probes, startup ordering
• gRPC / protobuf over HTTP
• Experience in regulated-data domains — FERPA, COPPA, HIPAA, or similar
• jlink / AppCDS / CRaC — JVM-fallback literacy if native image is constrained

Soft skills / Mindset:

• Systems thinker — reads RFCs, owns the protocol layer, does not treat HTTP as “what the framework handles”
• Measurement discipline — quotes numbers, not vibes; profiles before tuning
• Dependency-conscious — resists the reflex to add a library; accounts for native-image surface and supply-chain cost
• Fail-closed by instinct — treats fail-open as a security consequence, not an availability trade-off
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

What We Offer:

• Work at a Top-employer company (according to DOU 2025)
• A strong culture built on empathy, trust, openness, and real care for employees
• Competitive compensation with regular reviews
• Medical insurance
• Team events and regular team-building activities
• Flexible hybrid work model with an office in central Kyiv or fully remote
