Position Summary: 

The Member Support Representative serves as the frontline support contact for members participating in loyalty programs powered by our platform. This role requires confident communication, empathetic problem-solving, and the ability to assist members via phone, email, and chat. You'll help resolve issues related to app functionality, loyalty program questions, account verification, and rewards redemptions, including processing balance adjustments when appropriate. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Confidently communicate with members across channels (phone, email, chat), providing timely and professional responses. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve questions related to loyalty accounts, mobile app access, account linking, and program participation.

Requirements: 

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role (call center, email, or chat support preferred).

Who You Are:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer Scan Data with expertise in Node.js and intermediate SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our scan data processes, submitting files, correcting errors, and ensuring the smooth running of our systems. Responsibilities + Activities:

About the role

You’ll own the setup, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn advertising campaigns for our US-based clients — working across the full range of LinkedIn ad formats (Sponsored Content, Sponsored Messaging, Lead Gen Forms, Text and Dynamic Ads) alongside a global team of strategists, account managers, and creative.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure LinkedIn ad campaigns aligned to client objectives and strategy
• Build audience strategy across the full funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF segmentation)
• Monitor performance daily across multiple client accounts (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API (CAPI)
• Run creative testing and A/B experimentation
• Partner with the creative team on on-spec, on-time ad assets
• Deliver regular, accurate performance reports to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and resolve them quickly
• Contribute insights that shape client strategy
• Support QBR prep and LinkedIn ad proposal development as needed

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads / LinkedIn Campaign Manager (agency or in-house)
• Understanding of the full-funnel approach (TOF/MOF/BOF)
• Ability to build clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with performance data and KPIs
• Creative problem-solving approach to campaign configuration
• Clear communicator, comfortable in a distributed, global team

🚀 We are looking for a Middle+/Senior Data Engineer to join a long-term data platform project.

 

The role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining reliable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms for high-load business environments. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and AWS data services.

🎯 Responsibilities

 

- Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines.

We are seeking a skilled ML/AI Engineer to join our team and deliver cutting-edge ML/AI models in the ASR domain and legal insights more broadly. The core of this role is building, deploying, and serving ML models in production. 

A key part of this role is speech engineering — prior ASR/speech experience is not a must, but a willingness to learn and grow into this domain is essential. Experience with LLM-based solutions and agentic flows is an advantage, not a requirement. 

What you’ll do: 

• Build, deploy, and serve ML models in production — the core of the role — optimizing inference performance, latency, and efficient GPU utilization. 
• Support and extend our speech solutions, including 3rd-party ASR integrations and self-hosted ML models. 
• Evaluate and optimize key ASR/ML metrics such as WER, latency, F1 score, EER, and DER. 
• Secondary: Integrate LLMs and agentic flows into production solutions where they add value, including fine-tuning existing models. 

What you’ll bring: 

Core (required): 

• Solid background in machine/deep learning, with 4+ years of experience. 
• Strong Python skills and experience working in Linux environments. 
• Familiarity with deep learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and training workflows. 
• Experience with MLOps pipelines and serving/deploying models in production. 
• Experience optimizing models for inference, including GPU acceleration. 
• Experience with Docker, gRPC, and serverless / micro-services architectures on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure). 
• Experience with real-time / streaming systems and low-latency processing (e.g. streaming pipelines, live sessions).
