    We are seeking an experienced Audio Designer to join the Code Orion project team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing top-tier interactive sound design that enhances and supports the creative vision of our slot games. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to elevate the audio experience, develop strategies for sound design tailored to slot games, and mentor junior audio team members to achieve excellence.

    Reporting Structure:

    The Audio Designer will report directly to the Audio Producer.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Creative Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Audio Director to define and refine the unique audio aesthetic of our slot games.
    • Collaborate to establish and implement the musical direction, including theme tracks, soundscapes, and jingles that align with slot game mechanics and player engagement.
    • Sound Design & Integration:
    • Identify audio challenges and develop innovative solutions to deliver polished, high-quality sound tailored to slot game experiences.
    • Implement, mix, and fine-tune sound assetsβ€”including winning sounds, ambient tracks, and symbol effectsβ€”using Wwise and Unreal Engine 5 for seamless integration.
    • Technology & Techniques:
    • Stay informed on the latest sound design techniques and promote their adoption to enhance the sound quality of slot games.
    • Collaborate with the Technical Audio Director and programmers to identify and implement tools and technologies needed for optimal audio delivery.
    • Outsourcing & Team Leadership:
    • Identify and coordinate with external partners for sound design, voiceovers, and music assets when required.
    • Mentor junior sound designers, guiding them to create engaging and technically proficient assets tailored to slot games.
    • Advocacy & Benchmarking:
    • Champion high-quality audio throughout the team, ensuring that all assets elevate the player's engagement and enjoyment.
    • Benchmark game audio against current and emerging slot games to maintain competitive standards.

    Experience and Skills Required

    • Proven Expertise:
    • Experience as an Audio Designer on a AAA or high-quality gaming project, ideally slot games or related casual gaming genres.
    • Advanced knowledge of sound design, mixing, and music composition for game environments.
    • Technical Proficiency:
    • Expertise in creating sound effects and music tailored to the unique pacing and feedback loops of slot games.
    • Advanced understanding of audio game technologies and tools, including pipelines for sound implementation in slot games.
    • Proficiency in major DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations), with expert knowledge of at least one.
    • Competence in 3D audio techniques such as object-based mixing, ambisonics, and spatial audio where applicable.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 and/or 5, particularly in audio systems for slot or casual games.
    • Expertise in building and maintaining audio systems in a GAAS (Games as a Service) environment.
    • Deep understanding of audio pipelines, optimization, and performance constraints specific to slot games.
    • Formal musical training, especially in composing for engaging, loop-based tracks and sound cues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support company growth and profitability
    • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting
    • Establish a unified budgeting process for a group of companies
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, including AML/KYC, tax, and audit requirements
    • Develop and manage financial controls and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and regulators.
    • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liability and ensure compliance with international tax laws
    • Hire the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to set financial targets and monitor performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights to support decision-making
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities to enhance the company’s reputation and market position.
    • Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, proactively adapting financial strategies and operations to maintain a competitive edge


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
    • Progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (as Head of Finance, CFO Deputy), preferably within the financial services or fintech industry
    • Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations, planning, and analysis for a global, high-growth organisation
    • Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, tax
    • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS and risk management practices
    • Proven leadership and management experiance with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software and tools
    • Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages
    • Wiliness to work from Cyprus office


    Will be a plus

    • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus
    • A Master’s degree or MBA
    • Comprehensive understanding of global financial markets, online trading regulations
