— Work on UX/UI projects across different industries — from discovery to final delivery 

— Collaborate closely with the existing Lead Designer to distribute tasks and support the team 

— Review work and give feedback to junior and middle designers when needed

 — Join client calls — gather requirements, present solutions, communicate progress

 — Work in sync with PM, BA, developers and QA to make sure design is understood and implemented correctly 

— Participate in interviewing UX/UI candidates and help assess their level 

— Support onboarding of new designers alongside the Lead 

— Take part in project estimation and help plan resources based on scope 

— Contribute to keeping internal documentation up to date — Figma standards, best practices, onboarding materials

 — Help identify process improvements and share ideas on how to make the team work better

What We Expect

— 3+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio 

— Some experience mentoring or supporting less experienced designers 

— Comfortable communicating with clients in English

— Strong UX thinking: user flows, product logic, interface patterns 

— Works well with developers and understands technical constraints 

— Organised and able to structure information clearly 

— English B2+ — written and spoken

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for users of SmartyMe — our inspiring mobile EdTech app. You’ll help users navigate the product, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive and motivating learning experience.

You’ll work with our in-house automation system, which minimizes routine tasks and lets you focus on meaningful support and user communication. You’ll also collaborate with the Tech Support team to report issues and suggest improvements that help make SmartyMe even better

Responsibilities:

• Managing web and app user requests in Zendesk;
• Escalating user issues to the technical team;
• Tagging user requests to gather analytics;
• Ensuring response times are within our SLA;
• Processing PayPal/Stripe disputes;

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English;
• Previous experience in customer support and familiarity with Zendesk are a plus but not required.

Schedule:

- Work hours: 8 hours a day, 40 working hours a week
- Work days: on a rotational basis, 5/2
- Night shifts: 02-10am EET 
- Breaks: 1 hour per shift
