    Skills & Qualifications:

     

    • Solid experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming or similar performance-based industries
    • Prior experience in managing a small to mid-size team of affiliate managers (5–10 people)
    • Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
    • Ability to support, guide, and develop team members in daily operations
    • Good understanding of affiliate traffic models, metrics, and basic fraud indicators
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills
    • Comfortable working with CRM systems and affiliate platforms
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

     

    Key Responsibilities & Goals:

     

    • Oversee and support day-to-day work of the affiliate team
    • Distribute tasks and ensure deadlines and priorities are respected
    • Help resolve operational questions and unblock the team when needed
    • Provide mentorship and support for junior and mid-level affiliate managers
    • Conduct regular check-ins, monitor performance, and help improve partner communications
