About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for a variety of clients — from local businesses to large e-commerce platforms
• Manage the full SEO cycle: technical audits, content optimization, link building, local SEO, and site structure improvements
• Optimize product feeds and listings to increase visibility in Google Shopping and AI-driven search
• Create clear and accurate technical tasks (Jira tickets) for developers, content, and outreach teams
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows, support content creation, and scale SEO efforts
• Run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates, aligning SEO with business goals
• Track and analyze performance (GA4, Looker Studio), delivering actionable insights — not just data

What will you do:

• Monitor mentions of Headway and Nibble on Reddit.
• Proactively engage in discussions on Reddit and Threads.
• Explain product concepts through microlearning-style content.
• Craft expert responses that help shape and correct the narrative.
• Handle negative comments and critical brand mentions in public discussions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant cross-functional teams when needed.

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ years of experience in Community Management, SMM, Brand, or Growth.
• Hands-on experience with Reddit, Threads, or other UGC-based platforms.
• Deep understanding of how Reddit and Threads work.
• Basic understanding of LLM output principles and SEO impact.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.
• Experience in Customer Support or working with negative feedback will be a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and brand strategy will be a plus.

This role exists to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. The engineer participates in technical discussions and works with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions aligned with business requirements.

Software architecture & development

• Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Identify and resolve complex software issues and technical challenges.
   

Project delivery & collaboration

• Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality together with the Delivery Manager.

• Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.

• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.

• Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery.
