The role

We're looking for a sales leader who can own our end-to-end commercial engine — from pipeline generation to closing $50k–$500k custom software development deals — and build a scalable, systematic sales function around it, not just personally chase individual contracts.

• Design and execute the company's sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion
• Build, mentor, and lead the Sales and Lead Generation teams, setting clear KPIs, OKRs, and performance benchmarks
• Build and optimize the end-to-end sales pipeline — lead qualification, discovery, proposal, closing — improving conversion at each stage
• Personally lead key deals, negotiating with client-side executives
• Partner with the CEO, CTO, and team leads to refine presales workflows, commercial proposals, and service offerings

• Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts, and report actionable insights to C-level

What we're looking for

• 7–10 years in B2B IT sales, including 3+ years leading a sales team (Head of Sales, Sales Director, or Sales Team Lead) in software development or IT consulting
• Recent, hands-on experience selling in the IT Outsourcing model — end-to-end custom software solutions — rather than Outstaff/dedicated-team staffing
• A track record of consistently closing $50k–$500k deals through a repeatable sales process (not occasional $1M+ contracts)
• Experience defining ICPs, Buyer Personas, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy
• Domain understanding of selling custom software development, Data Engineering, AI/Data Science, or Cloud services, with a clear point of view on how to position them
• Data-driven approach to sales metrics, forecasting, conversion optimization, and CRM management
