Ми шукаємо проактивного, уважного до деталей та орієнтованого на результат Odoo Business Analyst для лідингу впровадження Odoo у ключових фінансових функціях.
 

Твої задачі:

• Лідити бізнес-аналіз та підтримувати впровадження Odoo у ключових фінансових функціях: бухгалтерія, payroll, treasury, бюджетування та управлінська звітність.
• Виступати основною контактною особою між бізнес-стейкхолдерами та розробниками / implementation partners.
• Збирати, аналізувати та документувати бізнес-вимоги; трансформувати їх у чіткі функціональні специфікації та технічні задачі.
• Аналізувати поточні процеси та проєктувати оптимізовані workflows відповідно до best practices ERP-систем.
• Налаштовувати модулі Odoo, workflows, approvals, ролі користувачів та звітність за допомогою no-code / low-code інструментів.
• Виявляти можливості для покращення фінансових та операційних процесів через AI-driven tools та automation solutions.
• Координувати тестування, валідувати реалізований функціонал та управляти процесом вирішення проблем.
• Підтримувати міграцію даних, запуск системи, онбординг користувачів та post-launch improvements.

• Готувати process documentation, user guides та навчальні матеріали.

   

Що очікуємо від тебе:

• Практичний досвід впровадження / адміністрування Odoo або інших ERP-систем.
• Глибоке розуміння фінансових процесів: бухгалтерія, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, бюджетування та управлінська звітність.
• Досвід збору вимог та написання business requirements documents / functional requirements documents / user stories / technical specifications.
• Вміння мапити та оптимізовувати бізнес-процеси за допомогою BPMN, flowcharts, Miro, Visio або подібних інструментів.
• Досвід налаштування ERP-систем без програмування (ролі, workflows, approvals, звітність, дашборди).
• Розуміння інтеграцій між ERP та зовнішніми системами через API, banking tools, payroll, CRM або BI-системи.
• Сильні навички роботи з Excel / Google Sheets для аналітики, reconciliations та міграції даних.

We’re a Y Combinator-backed startup building the AI infrastructure layer for the IT services industry: the platform IT providers use to deliver governed AI to the small businesses they manage.

It’s a genuine blue-ocean space — no incumbent has built this yet — while demand is already strong and validated. We’re getting around 10 inbound demo calls a day from IT business owners, booked from paid ads with no outbound and no sales team. The founder previously built an AI coding platform to 2M+ users.

Right now the founder takes every one of those calls. That’s the problem you’d solve.
 

This is a hybrid role based in Lviv — the founder is here and the team is being built here.
 

What you’ll do

You’d be the first sales hire, working directly with the founder, owning the calls and the close.
 

Run the demo calls. Take inbound demos with IT service provider owners and executives — often the CEO, frequently with their CTO or COO on the call. Discovery, product walkthrough, pricing, objections.
 

Close. Own the full cycle from first call through to a signed, paying customer: follow-ups, technical objections, security review, getting the right people in the room, and getting the contract done. Deals involve real scrutiny — these buyers are reselling to clients they’re liable for, so the security and compliance conversation is part of every sale.
 

Learn the buyer’s world properly. Our customers run their businesses on specific software — ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Datto — and they’ll know within two minutes whether you understand it. You’d need to learn that stack, and enough about how AI infrastructure actually works, to hold a credible technical conversation without deferring every question.
 

Build the relationships. This industry runs on trust and peer referral, not on outreach volume. Owners buy from people they’ve come to trust, often over months. The relationships you build are the asset.
 

Feed what you learn back. You’ll be closest to the market — hearing objections, requests, and reasons for no before anyone else. That shapes what we build and how we position it.
 

What we’re looking for
 

Who you are

• Based in Lviv, or open to being. Hybrid during the first months while you’re learning to sell this — apartment and travel covered if you’re relocating. Flexible after that.
• Genuinely interested in an unsexy vertical. Our buyers are IT service provider owners — small business owners with tight margins, real liability, and deep skepticism of vendors. You find people like this interesting rather than boring, and they can tell you respect them.
• 4+ years closing B2B deals. You’ve personally run discovery, handled objections, and signed customers — not just booked meetings for someone else.
• Consultative, relationship-driven selling. These are not transactional deals. Pushing doesn’t work here; understanding their business does.
• Fast at learning technical products. You’d need to speak credibly about RMM and PSA software, multi-tenancy, data residency, and how AI models are governed. Not as an engineer — as someone a technical buyer takes seriously.
• Excellent spoken and written English, and comfortable on calls with American business owners. You know how they talk, what tone works, and how to make a call feel natural rather than translated.
• Able to cover US hours. Calls happen when our customers are awake. You’d rotate coverage with the founder rather than carrying every evening alone — but late calls are part of the job.
• Comfortable owning it alone. No manager, no script, no playbook. You’d be building the sales motion as you run it.
• Daily user of AI tools. You’ll be selling AI infrastructure — you need to live in it.
• Willing to travel internationally to industry conferences in the US, EU, and Australia. This channel does business in person; it’s part of the role, not a perk.

• Experience selling into the IT services or managed services industry
• Startup experience — you know what building under real constraints feels like
• Experience selling to technical buyers or into security-sensitive environments
• Fluency with CRM and modern sales tooling

4. 1-month paid trial — full-time, fully compensated. You take real calls and close real deals alongside the founder. Mutual trial: you evaluate us as much as we evaluate you. On conversion, equity vesting is backdated to your start date.

Accounting & Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in ERP systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar);
• Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing processes;

About 4goo

We're building a social network for web and mobile — think rich user profiles, real-time messaging,
media feeds, and the scale that comes with it. Our backend is Go microservices on Kubernetes, and
every contract between backend and clients is formalised: OpenAPI for HTTP, AsyncAPI for the
realtime layer.

We're building our entire client layer from scratch — web, iOS and Android — as one monorepo owned
by one team. The first commit hasn't been written yet. We haven't launched publicly, the design
system is finished in Figma and being exported to code, and the architecture is completely open.

You'd be the person who decides it.

The Role

You own the client architecture across all three platforms, and you still write code every day —
this is not a role where programming stops.

Next.js on web, Expo on iOS and Android, one monorepo. Most of the UI is written once through a
universal component layer and rendered on both — which is the interesting part and the risky part.
Choosing that layer, deciding where the platform escape hatches go, and keeping the shared path from
degrading into lowest-common-denominator UI is your call and your problem.

The design system isn't something you'll invent. It's finished in Figma, with composition rules, and
it's exported to code — tokens and components generated rather than hand-copied, surfaced in
Storybook. Owning and extending that pipeline is central to the role.

You're the first hire on this team. The patterns you set are what everything else gets built on, and
you'll grow the team from here with real input on who joins.

You'll work with the architect and the backend teams as a peer. The contracts are the boundary
between us — you'll design against them, push back on them, and negotiate changes rather than accept
them passively.

What You'll Work On

- The universal UI layer. Write once, render on Next.js and Expo. Picking the approach, defining
 the escape hatches, and making sure "shared" doesn't quietly become "worse on both" is the
 highest-stakes work on this list.
- The Figma-to-code pipeline. The design system is complete in Figma with composition rules, and
 it's generated into code rather than hand-copied. Keeping generation, Storybook and the running
 apps in sync is ongoing engineering, not a one-off script.
- Contract-first on both surfaces. OpenAPI for HTTP, AsyncAPI for realtime messaging and in-app
 notifications — both generating typed clients that the whole monorepo consumes.
- The session model. Next.js can hold httpOnly cookies; native can't. Secure storage on device,
 token rotation, OAuth through deep links — one coherent model across three platforms, designed
 once and designed correctly.
- The release pipeline. EAS build and submit for native, web deploys, an OTA policy that's
 deliberate rather than accidental, and three platforms on one cadence.
- The decisions still open — see the Stack section. Those are yours.
- The quality bar that keeps "fast" from costing "right." We want to move quickly. That only
 works if the guardrails are real.
- Growing the team — hiring, review culture, and owning how this team works with AI.

What We're Looking For

Working With AI Agents

We build with AI agents deliberately, and at this level we expect fluency rather than familiarity.

The reason is specific rather than fashionable. The design system is finished. The backend contracts
are fixed and machine-readable. The team is small on purpose. So our constraint isn't figuring out
what to build — it's implementation throughput at a quality bar, which is exactly where agents pay
off and exactly where careless use gets expensive.

So: you know how to structure a repository so agents work well in it, how to scope work so the
output can actually be verified, how to review generated code seriously, and where the leverage
stops. Not "I've tried Copilot."

You'd also own how the rest of the team works this way — the conventions, the guardrails, the review
standards. If you have strong opinions here, lead with them. We're building this way on purpose, and
we'd rather argue about the details with someone who has thought about it.

What Good Looks Like in This Role

In your first month the foundations exist and they're demonstrated rather than described: the shape
of the monorepo, the universal UI approach proven on real screens on both platforms, and the
generated design system landing in Storybook.
