• Build trusted relationships with CTOs, VP Engineering, Product Leaders, Founders and other senior decision-makers.
• Win net-new engineering services clients across the US and Europe.
• Represent Akvelon at conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT outsourcing or software development services sales.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients.
• Experience working with US clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, drive processes and deliver results.
• Travel for conferences and client events.
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
• Native or business-fluent command of the local language in your target market is a strong advantage.
